This is how we want you all to feel at home away from home. We get goosebumps when we receive these reviews, and this is the main reason we are in this industry. The meaning of hospitality is to welcome people to their country, culture, and home and to make them feel special. We all need to feel special and appreciated at the end of the day, and it doesn't cost us anything even to say THANK YOU. We are all humans, and we must give love and appreciation. You all were so great that we also felt you all as our relatives and not as our guests.Thank you for mentioning how clean the property was; this is great to hear and will pass it down to our Housekeeping Department that they strive to have everything spotlessly clean at all times. Yes, the location of the property is at the edge of the town of Mykonos, making it very unique. A 5-minute walk to all the shops and nightlife of Mykonos while enjoying a peaceful night's sleep. We really can not understand why you are giving us this grade. You arrived earlier than your check-in time which is at 15:00. Our front desk associates informed you that you might have a delay beyond 15:00 due to an unexpected issue and you had agreed to this. Our associates also overheard your friends about your anniversary with your husband and we wanted to pamper you as well as your friends. Therefore we offered you 2 free transportations (Hotel-Pouli area upon arrival & Hotel-Airport on the day of your departure), as well as dinner for four people and unlimited drinks for you and your friends. Your actual booking was for a Standard Greek Sea View room with Breakfast. It was exactly what you had paid for and we honored your booking exactly.
