Please allow us to share with you that according to our system record it’s showing that your booking was for two rooms, one was Twin bed without balcony and the other with king bed with balcony overlooking to the swimming pool since the booking under the same family name our team upgraded both rooms to a connecting rooms with sea view free of charge after you checked in you prefer to change with a special location which’s was not available at the time of your arrival, Moreover that later on we moved your room again to a superior pool view room second floor and twin room without balcony on higher floor as per your good self-request in order to won your satisfaction Meantime we would like to share with you that the standard amenities in the superior rooms are Hand soap, Shower Gel & Shampoo other all amenities are available in the next room’s categories but still we can provide all the other amenities upon guest request If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us directly Sincerely yours,
