The hotel is at the very center of downtown philly and walking distance for most museum, shopping, restaurants. The hotel does not have a place of its own to eat, nor gym, nor bar and the room are rather small. But this being said, it is clean, confortable, eco oriented, and best of all very well priced.

Super hôtel
Hôtel très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. L'hôtel est très propre, sécurisé. La chambre était grande, très bonne literie et très propre. Le service de ménage était super. Le personnel très agréable, professionnel et toujours à l'écoute. Si je devais revenir à Philadelphia, je retournerai certainement dans cet hôtel, et peut être essayer cette chaîne d'hôtel sur d'autres destinations.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l hotel qui est tres proche des zones touristiques. La chambre etait de taille correcte, propre.... Nous regrettons l absence de menage pendant tout notre sejour (cause covid ???) L hotel ne propose pas de petit déjeuné, vous avez une machine a cafe dans la chambre et dans le hall.

Decent place to stay for a night or two. Beds and pillows were mid at best. Air conditioning was mid. Staff was nice and housekeeping was on point. Hotel itself doesn’t offer much over the standard basics. It’s at least in a good area surrounded by little shops and spots to eat.

It’s not how you fall It’s how you get up The first three days I had trouble with elements in my room ( refrigeration ) They diligently took care of things until it Was right The manager Anthony was professional and personal thruout the entire process and did some complementary things to make me and my wife very comfortable The staff brought their a game to the situation by being extra helpful and personable They were all so impressive we decided to stay another week This place is my go to place whenever I’m in philly

We can't say enough good things about our stay. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and personable. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The lobby was inviting and spacious and fun to hang out in. Our room was bright and lovely. We would give this a 10 and recommend it highly. The location is perfect. We look forward to returning!

I reserved a Queen Kitchenette and just expected more space. The room size was extremely small incl the bathroom/shower area and the fact that the closet was not "built" for the portion of the wall it was set in (near the mid to top, you could see the mismeasurement). The computer/desk chair was slightly stained with an attempt at the hotel cleaning. Also, I was not happy that there was no rod to close the large window curtains. I closed them the best I could w/o feeling the lit up buildings across the street (I was on the 11th FL) were not peering in. Overall the hotel & staff were great -- just not impressed with the room. Glad I was able to get a discount on Expedia vs the hotel actual price.
