We only stayed one night because we attended a wedding at Carmel (which was 10 mins away) so there was not much interaction with the staff. Check-in was a breeze...they actually had our key/room ready around 2:30. The property is old but well maintained..it was clean and the sheets were fresh and crisp...very important. Other than the walls between the room being thin that you can clearly hear the conversation next door, it was a nice stay. Check out was also quick. The property was close to restaurants and the highway so that was also good.

We have stayed at this hotel before it’s always been wonderful- however this time it was a bad experience - no hot water for our showers had to use my in-laws room to bath our kids - management could not seem to fix the issue myninlaws paid for queen beds but got double beds instead

The property location is conveniently located a block or two away from major shopping center and great restaurants! However, the property was not properly cleaned and my son got sick with a stomach bug he picked up from being in their pool! Overall, the hotel was priced well, convenient location, but poorly cleaned & noisy.

Didn’t like the frosted glass bathroom door. Completely see through. We had a do not disturb sign on the door and apparently the housekeepers decided not to respect the sign. They had a loud conversation going on right outside our door.

The tvs had no captions - on the entire complex had no captions on their tvs. So we left after two nights of 6 night stay. But the staff was very good about it. They didn't charge me a cancellation fee and the refund was fair.

The room was very clean and had been updated. It was a bit noisy in the morning with the cleaning carts rolling down the hallway. I couldn't get the shampoo or cream rinse out of the containers, but I would stay again.

Had a pleasant stay; room was nice and clean, front desk was always very helpful and accommodating. The only thing was that the charging station's USB ports were loose and not working. Other than that, no complaints!

The place was good to begin with, but after second night there was no room cleaning. Which I think is bad habit that many places are practicing after Covid days, this was excusable then, but those days are over, even more now that prices are up, so now is an excuse for scaling down labor cost.

The place was fine, comfortable bed, clean, new towels, staff was accommodating. Plenty of parking. I needed a room a day before the Expedia booking, I called them direct and got it for $40 cheaper. Why is that Expedia? This was my first time using Expedia, not very happy!
