Hôtel idéalement situé (malgré la première mauvaise impression lorsqu'on le voit depuis la route), spa, piscine et terrasse-Jacuzzi au top, nourriture plus que correct, excellent service. Petite plage aménagée bien agréable au pied de l'hôtel.

Sick most of the week - will not be back
On the first day we loved everything about the hotel - the rooms, the pool area and the food. But then one of us got sick with stomack virus (noro) and then one after one we got sick until all five of us were down, some even with fever. So our very expensive all inclusive week (+7000€) turned out to be a big disappointment as all of us had trouble with our stomachs even after getting up again, and none of us really felt like eating from the buffet - we only had a little plain bread, fruit, pasta and so for the rest of the week. Also, the hotel didn’t seem to care about the situation even though we were obviously not the only sick guests (there was vomit in the corridots and they told us we were not). By the end of the week they put disinfectant forward in the restaurant but that was a very slow reaction - and also they could have made guests more aware of the importance of using it, e.g. on info screens. Thumbs up, however, to the cleaning staff who were the only ones who seemed to care. They did a great job. We will not come back. Luckily we had another week in a self-catered apartment after our week at Bull Dorado - it cost way under half of this week (food included) and was so much better in all terms. Of course the hotel cannot avoid that people get sick but at least they could have an attitude of regret and try to take precautions.

Helt okej all inclusive-hotell
Plus: bra poolområde, bra spaavdelning. Rent och fräscht. Bra läge till strand, buss och stad. Minus: sega/trasiga hissar som innebar långa väntetider. Buffén hade bra utbud men kvaliteten på maten var inte den bästa. Restaurangen öppnade även lite i senaste laget (kl. 13) för småbarnsfamiljer. AC:n fungerade inte på vårt rum och vi hörde från andra gäster att deras inte heller fungerade. Personalen påstår dock att den funkar. Nedkylningen av rummet sköttes istället av takfläktar.

Fantastisk ophold.
Vi havde en fantastisk uge på hotellet. God service, flotte værelser og dejlig pool. Der er ikke meget at lave i byen, men det er nemt at komme rundt på øen med taxa/bus. Meget rent hotel.

Läget är perfekt med promenadavstånd till ANFI BEACH (Ca 15-20 min) och vill man kan man istället ta båten från hamnen som tar dig till ANFI, PUERTO RICO samt MOGAN. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka på hotellet som har fantastiska rum, stora och rymliga med en undebar utstikt över solnedgången på kvällen. Vi hade all inclusive så fri tillgång till mat, dryck men även SPA avdelningen som var underbar och även barnen uppskattade den. På taket har dem en solterrass med bubbelbad och fantastisk utsikt (Kan även rekommendera besök där vid solnedgången). Allt var verkligen toppen och kan verkligen rekommendera andra att besöka detta hotell, vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka hit.

Rummet visade sig inte alls vara enligt beskrivning, vi fick utsikt mot baksidan och ingen poolutsikt. Vi hade även önskemål om rum högt upp, vi fick rum precis en våning över gatuplan. Byte var inte möjligt enligt receptionen. Så vi var missnöjda med läget på rummet och utsikt.

Very good!
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here with our family It was really great! There was even a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is good too. Only a pity that there is nothing to do in Arguineguin itself, a rental car or taxi is necessary. But the hotel is definitely recommended!

Unbearable noise from entertainment
We were at room 226. The noise from entertainment at night was something unbearable. Music was so load we couldn't even read a book or watch tv let alone try sleep. The entertainment was ok if you wanted to watch it but if you were tired and wanted to sleep early that wasn't an option. The staff were nice and helpful. The animation team were very friendly and animation was good. Food was ok and salad was great. Christmas dinner was amazing and we don't expect it to be that good. They worked hard and made it spot on. On the day before last day my partner had diarrhoea. We were all inclusive and we only ate from the hotel. The bug must came from the hotel. We had to get her medication vrom the pharmacy to make her better. That was the best ending for our holiday.

Great location right at the coast, great food
Great location right at the coast, unobstructed views of the ocean till the sunset. At least in room 620. Good size pool with more jacuzzis and hot water pools downstairs. Ping pong table, pool table, arcade hall etc. Good food with allot variation. Hope for a better developed boardwalk along the coast in the near future.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
We loved our stay at the Bull Dorado Beach and Spa. The rooms are fully refurbished and like new. Large glass balconies with lovely views. Daily room service and towel change every two days. Fridge in room. Lovely outdoor pool and amazing spa. The back of hotel leads straight onto a small beach area with shallow sea to swim or snorkel. Lots of fish around the rocks. Short walk into town and the local market on Tuesdays. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel inside and out is spotlessly clean. Food is very good for a 3-star hotel. Plenty of fish, steak, salads etc. The pool bar has a selection of burgers, chicken, chips etc. as well as steak, calamari etc. made to order. Our only criticism is that there could be a little more music around the pool as it is quiet for most all the time although there are some pool activities. Also there is nothing going on until the nightly 9.30pm show. These shows are a bit hit and miss. Some are really good, but once they end at about 10pm there is nothing else going on. There is a lovely piano bar upstairs but unfortunately there was only something going on about twice during out stay. It would be nice to have nightly entertainment there. To sum up, I would definitely return to this lovely hotel and would say it was higher than a 3 star.

Hotel is nice, our receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. However, the following details were not what we were expecting: No drinking water in the room: go to spar we were told. Cleaning of the room. there is no daily cleaning, instead, it might be every other day. Towels for the swimming pool: only available from 9-6 and upon giving €10 per towel as deposit. if you want fresh towels daily, expect to pay €3 for each towel and at the end, expect to be deducted €1 per towel for laundry services of your used towels. It is not the amount what it bothers, rather the fact that this is not explained at the reception and a normal person going to an all inclusive hotel does not run with the wallet everywhere. These details could’ve been explained at the reception upon the check in, and considering the current situation, perhaps would make sense to ask for the credit card to make these charges, instead of asking the customers to go back to their rooms and get the money. Variety of food: meals are pretty much the same every day. Don’t expect many options and also, be early enough, the staff from restaurant seems to be on their nerves and pick up as soon as they can.
