The staff is outstanding. I only want to change is that when I threw a third party I always end up in the same room which was frustrating.Otherwuse it was a great experience

Clean room and property. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was that the heater did not shut off so the room got hot. Had to keep turning the heater on and off.

This place was just right for our quick business trip. Easy to find and within short distance of many dining options. The complimentary breakfast had hot options including eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles and oatmeal. The facility was very neat and our room was clean and spacious. Will stay there again if back in that area!

I just thought this property was just okay. I can totally agree that the rooms need a revamp and breakfast was very limited. I think what I didn’t like the most was the pillows. They were very small and had stains on them. I had to put a blanket over the pillows just to feel safe enough to lay on them. Otherwise there were a few dog hairs here and there. Which I understand the hotel is pet friendly so can’t do much there. Also the girl that checked me in wasn’t really welcoming and when I asked her to explain something she just said the same thing.

We enjoyed the stay. Accomodations and beds were very clean and comfortable, looked to be updated recently. One of the better hotel breakfasts I've had with a ton of options. Only gripes were a bathroom door handle that didnt latch and the hot tub is out of service indefinitely.

Toilet ran noisy water all night. Bulb burned out in vanity area. This was our second room assignment. The sink was clogged / plugged in the first room assigned.

Check in was super quick n hassle free. Room was very clean with no weird smells. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel plus breakfast staff was top notch, helpful and keep everything clean/stocked!

Disappointing
Main lobby was clean and nice. Breakfast only ran until.9, so didnt get to try. Elevator stunk! Just nasty. Room layout was good, but bathroom was not handicapped friendly at all. I could barely get my walker in there. We had no wifi for several days of our stay! Outside under carport had cigarette butts everywhere! Would not recommend.

Good Hotel!
Second time we have stayed there and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was good. Our AC in our room didn't work the best, but we were barely there. The pool area was good as well. Only thing is the hot tub looked like it needed a cleaning. Other than that we had no issues. Once again this hotel was worth it.

Ramsey/Anoka are close to the twin cities, but too far for Lyft, Uber, and Taxi as none of these are local. Expect 40 minute wait.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tried to get a room with 2 queen beds for 4 nights and was told no two bed rooms available and only room with one bed and pullout available for 3 nights. So after 3 nights had to check out then go online and reserve a room with two beds for our last remaining night. Should of just done my reservation online as what we needed was obviously available. Less then 15 vehicles in the lot at busiest times. Asked for late checkout as well but housekeeping showed up before late check out time and asked why we were still in room. Obviously late check out was not communicated. Was appreciated they kept coffee available in lobby all day till 10pm.
