not a peaceful night as the room above me had a family with toddlers stomping on hardwood floors until 10 pm. Office quieted them down but any and all noise was noticeable due to the hardwood floors amplifying it all.

The check in/check out was super easy no problems at all staff was friendly it was very quiet. Suite, we rented was very nice two rooms bathroom was stocked and clean. My only complaint would be that they need more options for breakfast they still needed about 1hr, and half left for breakfast & they didn't restock what was out, so you only really had cereals and waffles because they ran out of bread, and i could assume would be bagels or biscuits cause all the 3 compartments were empty only 2 muffins. Other than that, not bad just plan to eat breakfast elsewhere or at 6am to be able to get a chance to get breakfast before it's out.

Main lobby was cold. Employees had their winter coats on. Room was not clean and in need of maintenance and repairs. The south wing of the buildings entrance doors we proped opened. This was in the middle of the night with night time temperatures of 0 degrees. Not safe to stay here.

They are remodeling so it might be better when they finish. My suite was okay I would have liked for all the rooms to have heat in them. I just had it in the bedroom area. The bathroom and side sofa room were very cold. Breakfast was not the best. Need more choices to make it better.

Great room for the cost. They are updating and location is easy to find. Need to assure quality control on remodeling. Lots of short cuts on the remodeling crew. Towel racks not secure, fell off, closets not finished, no shelf, no door on linen closet, heater only in one room, cold in the other room, bed spread had a cigarette burn

Good enough for us
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with easy on/off I-55. Good price. This is a basic hotel: if you’re looking for lots of frills, this place is not for you. We required a place to spend the night with decent Internet access. It fit the bill. They are in the middle of a remodel, so it’s not ‘perfect’. Clean enough. Quiet enough. I wouldn’t spend a week, but it is good for a couple nights. They do offer breakfast, but don’t get excited unless you love carbs: Bread, muffins, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, apples and a couple yogurts. Not a deal breaker for us, but for some it might be. We’ve stayed here before and it suits our purposes. Bed was comfortable enough for a decent night’s rest. Bathroom was fine, though the drain was a bit slow. TVs are very old, but, really, so what?! If your requirements are simple, this should be fine.

An alright stay, BUT could have been much better
Nice and clean rooms since being remodeled. Little light on furniture in the suite we booked, as only a small loveseat, a desk thrown into a corner, and a tv thatvthe remote barely worked with Compact fridge that was not level with a microwave on top. No coffee maker in room. Beds were comfortable. Ice machine was in main lobby (a jaunt from our room at end of hotel) and barely worked

We didn’t have any hot water , we were there for a funeral from out of state and wasn’t able to shower, the room was freezing cold when we got in it. The bedding had stains on it, and let’s talk about the outside … not clean either: trash all by the door when you walked In.. definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone .

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just ok. They had no pastries or donuts and had run out of yogurt. The room was very nice and roomy. Have stayed here before and would stay again.
