The principle of the hotel is to be able to sleep.
At first glance, the service of the hotel seemed to be correct. The room service and the baggage handlers are great. In spite of a decent welcome, we were quickly disappointed. - The price of a night in the parking lot is 30euros, which is excessively expensive for a single night. If at least the service was good but when I asked the valet for a round trip so I could put my stuff in my car. And that I be told no, let me put the car in the public parking 10m away by myself - The light in the room stayed on all night. The principle of the hotel is to be able to sleep. We did not have this honor. Probably a malfunction of the switches, but it was impossible to turn off the light in the room during the whole night. We reported this to the reception, which made no apologies. It is simply unthinkable. No commercial gesture, no compensation and above all no excuse for this problem. - The card of the room has been demagnetized, so we had to go down to the reception at 2am to make it work again. - When we left, we simply asked the receptionist for a trash can, who preferred to make us go around the hotel to throw our few garbage in the public trash can, 50m away. When we had to pay, no doubt, the receptionists smiled. But it stops there. I do not recommend the hotel at all. Some details may seem silly, but when it accumulates we tend to say that it's the drop too much, too bad it had several drops... I never take the time to write comments, but there I was far too disappointed

great hotel at decent price
Very good place. I stayed there probably 8-10 Times. Rooms are spacey. It is conveniently located close by Centrale station with access to malpensa airport and other cities in Italy. At the check in there were several customers checking in. It took some time but they added one staff quite quickly. We started with a lunch at the restaurant of the hotel. We told we only had 45 mins. They put our orders in priority.

Air conditioner was on, not controlled by the season. Bathroom was great, the table and long table was great. Room was spacious but no electrical outlets by the nightstands or nearby. Overall the hotel was excellent choice.

My husband and I chose this hotel since it was so close to the train station and we were going to be doing day trips all over Italy. We were told multiple times by our taxi/uber driver that the area is not so safe since it's close to the train station. The room was spacious, it was super outdated though. It was clean and the staff was super helpful and kind. They helped us grab a taxi on our way home! Probably would not stay here again but if you're doing day trips in Italy, highly recommend!

施設は綺麗でスタッフの方の対応も問題ありません。 中央駅に近いというのも大変便利でした。 強いて挙げれば、入り口からレセプションへ向かう際、階段を通らねばならず大きなスーツケースがある時は辛いものがあります。 チェックアウト後はスタッフの方が手伝ってくれて問題ありませんでした。

ミラノ中央駅からすぐなので 夜到着でも安心でした。 ホテルはキレイで、お部屋にスリッパやバスローブもありました。 朝食は7時からなのに5分くらい遅れてました。そして品数も出揃っておらず。 唯一のマイナスはそれくらいですが、とにかく便利で良かったです。

Great location, great service, nice refurbishment. However, the room I live has been quite noisy, and I cannot even find out the source of the noise. I assume it is related to some faulty machinery inside the property. The noise is like “tick tick tick…”, and has been there all night. If you are sensitive to noise, it would be difficult to sleep. Other than that, it is what you expect for an ordinary 4-star hotel.

Strategic location aside Gran Central Station: not the most beautiful neighbourhood, though well connected and with many spots within walking distance (corso buenos aires, porta venezia..). Staff is simply great: professional, friendly. Modern room furniture, above average room size, pillow menu and complimentary welcome water are very appreciated. The hotel features also a gym, unfortunately without a sauna. Despite the recent management change, the breakfast has improved but is still average. The room is small though, you may have to wait at peak time on weekends.

Short walk (5 mins) from Statzione Milano Centrale so cery convenient. Modern interior with very comfortable rooms. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Milan.

Good central location. The room was adequately spaced but room and cupboards had a slight mustiness to it in terms of the smell Staff were helpful as needed to extend stay due to flight cancellation Breakfast was average, I’ve had better at 2 start hotels Adequate for a 1-2 night stay
