French !!! : Bonjour, Je viens encore de venir chez vous pour la neuvième fois en 10 ans, et ceci est bien la dernière. Votre Hotel ne gagne pas en popularité, la salle de bain laisse à désister sur l’hygiène, plus de patinoire. Problème de serviette à la place et piscine. Malgré l’amélioration chez Gaston il y a trop de chose encore qui ne vont plus. Vous pensez uniquement à l’argent !!!! Le service est le soin du client est très loin derrière. Sa vous prend combien d’heure de travail pour payer un week-end dans votre Hotel ? Veuillez avoir plus de respect pour ce qui vienne payer peux importe le prix pour avoir du bon service et de la bonne hygiène dans les chambres. Vous venez de me prendre en tant que client et je souhaite avoir un remboursement partiel de mon séjour chez vous ! Ce matin à l’accueil la dame responsable en avait rien à faire de nous, ma chambre était là 1231 du 14 au 16 juillet 2023. J’espère quel a plus de respect au près de sa famille que dans sont travail. C’est lamentable. L’argent de vous rapportera pas de nouveau client !!!! Le servie oui !!!! La plupart de vos employés sont trop intéressé par leur cellulaire que là client. Merci de prendre le temps de me lire et j’attend de vos nouvelles. Merci

It is important to note, however, that guests are asked to sign an upgrade form, when agreeing to a room upgrade; the price of the upgrade fee per night is clearly stated on the said form and corresponds to the charge, which you will then see on your hotel bill. Nous sommes une famille de 5. J’avais réservé une chambre 2 lits doubles plus un divan lit. L’hôtel m’avait envoyé la possibilité d’upgrader vue mer même n’ombres de lit, ce que j’ai pris. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la chambre upgrade n’avait plus de sofa lit, juste un fauteuil. J’ai redemandé la chambre initiale pour coucher tout le monde. L’hôtel m’a dit ne plus l’avoir et que je m’étais engagée à prendre le upgarde. Quand je leur ai demandé une option pour coucher tout le Monde, ils m’ont dit que ce serait $300 de plus la nuit! C’est de la fausse représentation et innaceptable.

First and foremost, we wish to note that the eStandby upgrade program you signed up for does not guarantee you a room upgrade, but simply extends the opportunity for a room upgrade at the time of arrival at a special discounted room upgrade price. The eStandby room upgrade, however, is based on hotel availability at the time of your arrival. Thus, we are terribly sorry to hear that our hotel availability at the time of your check-in did not allow us to accommodate your request for a room upgrade. We are hopeful that you would be willing to consider a repeat stay with us in the future, as we are confident that we can provide you with the satisfying and memorable experience a majority of our hotel guests are willing to attest to. Déception. Nous avions le même hôtel il y a 7 ans et malheureusement tout a bien changé. Dès l arrivée le personnel s est montré poli, sans plus. Aucune information sur les facilités de l hôtel ne nous a été donnés. Chaque question semblait énervée la personne à la réception, ce qui est fort désagréable. L hôtel était bondé de monde et le service ne suivait pas. Pas assez de chaises longues ( les gens mettaient les serviettes à 8heures le matin) , manque de linges de bain, alentours laissés avec les déchets des clients de l hôtel, toilettes sales et les espaces étaient très bruyants. Même à la piscine réservée aux adultes, rien n était débarrassé, et pas de toilettes à cet étage. Aucun vestiaire pour se changer ! A 3 reprises, nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par des voisins très bruyants, à tel point que je suis descendue me plaindre à la réception.. nous avions une chambre « communicante » ce qui rend l isolation catastrophique, tout comme la porte d entrée qui a des « espaces jours » importants. Chambre d ailleurs oú il manquait des linges et des produits de douche pour 3 personnes. Les prix sont devenus exhorbitants : 38 dollars pour un petit déjeuner buffet (qui n est pas prévu tous les jours, au client de deviner…) et un parking à 58 dollars. Inutile de dire, que nous avons rapidement trouver des alternatives. Un service absolument pas à la hauteur de ce 4 étoiles, oú le client doit lui-même chercher ce dont il a besoin. We didn’t get towels for the room. Water was off during night until 6:30 am. The beach chairs and towels were close at 6:00 pm. It was hot enough to go in the beach.

In general very nice hotel except the rooms bathrooms that definitely need renovations!!! Also when you book Bay View you get a tiny view in the corner but facing you is a building blocking all the view!!! It should be called standard room no view..

Room was dirty, half things did work, lights out. Tv out, safe locked us out, had to ask for wash clothes every day ,room key issues ever day, at adult pool bar not open. Furniture in lobby all stained, very disappointing for the $$ more like 2.5/ 3 star not 4 by any means!

The grounds of the Grand Beach Hotel was head and shoulders above the surrounding hotels and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit worn but the beach, pools and service made up for that.

Our room was not clean nor ready. They also charged the credit card for things that we never consumed. It is impossible to talk to them on the phone. Very disappointed.

Large, bright & spotless rooms with two bathrooms, friendly and gracious staff, lovely pool area, and the food is delicious! We highly recommend the gazpacho. This hotel has everything you need right on the property. We love the Grand Beach, this is our second time and we'll be back!
