Tout était vraiment très très moyen. Pas de ménage dans les chambres, juste le remplacement des serviettes. Personnel à la réception assez désagréable. Spa régulièrement fermé. Salle de fitness avec 3 pauvres appareils.

L’hôtel est très bien situé la chambre, très belle vue Seul problème, la piscine est en rénovation, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’infrastructure. Ce n’était pas stipulé lors de la réservation et beaucoup de bruit le matin à cause de ses travaux.

Me tuve que mover de habitación dos veces. Primero Xk no fue la habitación k pague. Y luego de pagar un cargo extra de 500 dólares x mudarme a una suite. Me tuve volver a mover a un cuarto regular Xk la suite se inundó en agua por problemas de ventilación. El manager con muy mala actitud!

The building appeared dirty and our room was terrible. Very unclean. The tub was dirty looking. The only thing that appeared clean was the bed! When we arrived the room was extremely hot. Also, the power went out due to the construction. We weren’t able to use the TV! On top of that, the staff was very unapproachable! Our room door was insecure and did not lock when we left out! I feel like I’ve wasted my money! The entire 6th floor hall smelled Like cigarettes and marijuana! It stated that it was a non-smoking resort!

Property is right on the beach. Offers a nice size pool. Was undergoing renovations while there however renovations were only done at certain times (not early/late) and my family was not inconvenienced by it.

The pool area was beautiful and the coffee shop was nice. The only thing we disliked was that the carpets were stained and dirty in the hallways, the bathroom sink handle was broken along with the shower handle, it was noisy (mostly due to contruction) and there was limited food options. The beach was beautiful and the staff was for the most part, decent. Would I stay again? Most likely not unless there’s no other better deals somewhere else.

The pool area was very nice and clearly new; however, you had to pay extra to use the beach facilities on top of paying a resort fee. I didn’t not appreciate the surprise added fee of $167 for resort fees when I was already charged a resort fee in the original price. Aside from the nice outdoor area, the hotel rooms and lobby are that of a 2 star motel. I was really disappointed since the hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel. When we arrived to our room after checking in, the door was wide open which means anyone could have came into our room before we came. The worst of it all was noticing that there was blood on our sheets- not ours- and having to track down someone to change the sheets. We noticed it in the morning after waking up and I assumed the maid would change the sheets when she came but did not. We then had to notify the front desk twice and they still never sent anyone! Terrible customer service. I had to find a maid myself and personal ask her to change the bed sheets that were stained by another guest. That is completely unhygienic and I do not understand how those sheets weren’t thrown out. Overall disappointed with the experience and would not recommend.

We will be back! Love the lobby, pool, beach and glass balconies! It's right next door to the pier that also has a great restaurant! They are still updating rooms, and there is construction next door, but if you aren't trying to sleep all day it wasn't an issue.

The resort was really nice. It’s right on the beach near the pier. I will be going back. The staff was all nice. They have decent food but it’s super spendy. There’s some restaurants in walking distance that were reasonable prices and a liquor store in walking distance as well. Definitely would recommend for your next Florida vacation!

I loved the pool and beach area. The hotel staff are friendly and approachable as well. I just feel the rooms need renovated. Other than that I enjoyed my staff.

My stay at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort in Miami was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the ocean view . The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious to the refreshing pool area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.
