guys walking in and out of the side door by my room, smoking right outside of the hotel, i paid for a queen bed and got a full size. when i told the staff they basically told me oh well there’s nothing they can do

This is the first time that there was an issue with our booking and it required an actual credit card for incidentals. Our debit card has always been sufficient and thankfully we were traveling with someone willing to use theirs or we would have been out in the cold. Otherwise the property was fine and our stay fit our needs.

Room was good and clean. The description said breakfast included, but it was just coffee and stale granola bars and pre-packaged tiny muffins. That is NOT breakfast.

The staff at front desk was about the only plus to this property. It’s run down and grungy. I wouldn’t say dirty but just outdated and needs major overhaul with scrubbing walls and updating everything. Our entire side of the 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn’t see much other than our room because it was a quick stop and sleep then leave bright and early. It was decent enough to sleep at but not much else.

While we were only here a short while to get some sleep on a longer trip, the hotel was a little outdated and the breakfast was not suitable for our large group. It was just a small counter of easy grab and go items. We were hoping for more before we got on the road. The sheets on the bed were light and didn't supply much warmth.

My bff and I were on a girls getaway. It was a comfortable place to stay. It was convenient to have a fridge to keep water in. We will probably come back again for another stay.

Overall a good experience. Our pets were welcomed. Latasha checked us in and got us in a ground floor room near an entrance. We needed an unavoidable late check out. There was some confusion and it doesn't seem the staff has any control over the charges which was confusing and worrisome. Otherwise no complaints

Staff was excellent very attentive and friendly, however the condition of the room is very dated. The carpet needs to be replaced is had a smell. The furniture and countertops were very worn.

As you might expect
Rooms was what I expected - clean and comfortable beds. Synthetic hardwood floors feels cleaner. Lobby is not the nice picture seen in the add - it is a bit dingier so anticipate that. Room had a fridge, stove, sink and yet no coffee maker.
