Séjour plutôt agréable
Arrivée sous peu en Australie, nous avions décider de séjourner quelque jours dans cet hôtel bien situé. Chambre bien entretenue et jolie salle de bain. Malheureusement nous avons été accueillis par une réceptionniste très froide, qui avais l’air de juger ses clients. Et cela nous a un peu refroidi pour notre séjour dans cet hôtel. A part ça je recommande ce bel établissement et surtout les chambres avec un lit King Size super confortable !

We loved our stay here the apartment was spacious clean snd well appointed would be great for a longer stay;we had fantastic views of albert park it was a short walk to the alfred hospital too

Great stay!
Great stay for a week in a recently refurbished studio apartment. Hotel is close to lots of amenities and staff were very helpful.

The paintings were wonderful with a great theme throughout the hotel with furniture to match the theme. I had a beautiful chaise lounge in my room. Very comfortable for a night before and after hospital close to the Alfred. Only negative was that the stairs in front of the hotel are low compared to average and not well lit at night as well as being dark grey. I tripped and fell down the last three on my walk to the hospital to have my procedure scraping my shin and both knees.

We had some very noisy neighbors the first night and did not report to the Staff. The noise continued the next night and we reported to the staff. They Handled the complaint very professionally and the noise stopped the next night. We were told if it happened again to contact them straight away but all was good from here on.

We require an accessible room and was very happy with it, as it definitely had all the requirements that we needed. Unfortunately there was an electrical problem with our room, and they had no more accessible rooms. They did try to see if my husband could manage in another room but unfortunately he couldn’t. We live in the country so that is why we stayed the night before our appointment at the Alfred hospital in the morning. The staff were fantastic and found us other suitable accommodation close to the hospital at no extra cost to us, which we are very grateful for. Could not have asked for better service from the manager and staff on that day. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel when it first opened called the Mint and it was great. Now it is "tired" Carpets in passage are worn. Headboard in room is peeling. Curtains are off rails - something one would presume maintenance would fix. Still a hreat position with friendlt staff, but as I said tired and has lots of comoetition no longer making it first choice destination

My husband and I had to stay somewhere close to the Alfred as my husband had to have a MRI . We were upgraded from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse . The penthouse was clean and we had a awesome stay . Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to COVID 19 but Roscos delivered to the door . Will definitely going back to the Mantra hopefully under better circumstances.

Our trip was a medical stay. We had stayed in another room earlier in the week which was spotlessly clean but this room was not and there were food crumbs on the dining seats and mould in the shower. The reception was apologetic and gave us discounted parking and would attend to the issue. We would return as our first stay was fine even though we had to cancel a night which Mantra refunded no problems. I'd ask for the 14th floor apartment room again for better views and good room service.

i wasn't to happy about not being able to check in even 1 hour earlier. great location to the Alfred hospital. easy access to tram to get anywhere you choose. great block out curtains and nice dark room to sleep. car park a bit expensive.
