Hôtel de chaîne en périphérie de la ville. Accueil sympathique avec toutes les explications sur les services offerts. Grande chambre propre et confortable. Décoration à rafraichir moquette fatiguée

it was very low price, but it was clean, there was indoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi. There was continental breakfast with pancakes and coffee. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Pool and jacuzzi were kinda dirty and at one point there was a man in the foyer threatening the clerk and the police got called to pick him up. It was a good stay overall but definitely not the best. I won’t be back because it was kinda dirty there and I didn’t feel safe bringing my daughter in with the issues that went down.

Great place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Only down fall was being on the first floor is the people stomping at 6 am.

The room smelled. The hallway carpets were nearly soiled black. Breakfast had few options. Housekeeping was very good. The boiler failed Thursday evening and was not repaired until Friday afternoon.

We stay at this place every time we go to Grant's Pass and its always nice. This time the boiler was broken so no hot water, but we made due if we had gone through them and not expedia we would've gotten a discount, but couldn't since we didn't book through them.

We had a great time, stayed 3 days and enjoyed each day. The beds where comfortable and the over all room worked well for the four of us. Housekeeping was great and friendly, most of all you couldnt ask for more with the price. Pool was clean and the area was clean every day, and they allow pets which i will bring my dog next time.

The room was good. The pool was very nice.
Breakfast was not kept stocked with items. There were no pastries, no waffle batter, 1 yogurt, no fruit. Went to front desk to ask for assistance and it took about 20 mins to get the waffle batter. Nothing else was brought in. Wouldn't have been a big deal, but traveling with children. You pay for the cont. breakfast so there should be something available.

Inexpensive and Clean
For the price, this was an excellent stay. The hotel lobby & hallway carpets are very worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. Decor was mismatched, but room had all the right amenities. Maid service was excellent, and it appeared to me that they are gradually repainting and fixing up. I would stay here again no problem.

Super clean and the beds are super comfortable!!
Only negative was the noise. Very loud when someone slams their door! Especially at 2AM. If you can sleep through your neighbors conversations then you'll be fine. Very clean hotel... very nice staff!

Enjoyed our stay!
Our stay was very enjoyable. My husband was in town on business so my daughter and I had plenty of time to hang out at the hotel. The pool area was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The spa and pool were both good sized. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient with yogurt, cereal,muffins and make your own waffles, but something like hard boiled eggs would be a nice addition. We also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant across the street that as open 24hrs. Really good carne asada!

This hotel was conveniently located near I-5 and had easy access to downtown Grants Pass. The room was comfortable enough for the little bit of time we were in it. We slept well and the continental breakfast was handy.

On the plus side the bed was very comfortable, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, the room was clean, there were more breakfast items than we had expected, safe indoor corridors with key card access at outside doors, nice indoor pool and spa, computer in lobby for guest use, and easy access to freeway, gas stations and restaurants. On the down side, the room was small and cramped. It was a little difficult to maneuver around. Our room had a very distinct odor of ethnic food. They do not supply conditioner. There is no protein at breakfast (but if you're okay with carbs the cinnamon rolls and muffins are very good. There are also waffles, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, apples and oranges)

It was great to lay in the big bed and watch TV. Also it was nice that checkout was at noon. We had time in the morning and didn't feel rushed

So much fun in the pool! Great breakfast!
The hotel staff is so friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are so well kept and we just have so much fun there. I get this hotel for me and my grandchildren to enjoy a night alone together and because it has the pool. The home made Belgian waffles are a hit.

Room was clean, newer linens were a nice surprise, different from the website photos (better). Quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again if in Grants Pass.

NICE HOTEL FOR THE PRICE
HOTEL STAFF IS FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. HOTEL INTERIOR IS OK, IT IS A SUPER 8, HOWEVER ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND LOOKED TO HAVE BEEN RECENTLY UPGRADED. THEY WERE CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND NICER THAN YOU WOULD EXPECT AT THIS CHAIN AT THIS PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE LOOKING TO STAY AT A NICE HOTEL AT A GOOD PRICE.
