I donât like to give bad reviews .I enjoy giving credit and supporting businesses .In this case .I have reached out to the manager about a refund .Which now I have not gotten a response .They insisted I pay them even after my booking was paid for through Travelocity when I arrived.They said they didnât get paid from Travelocity and in my case my flight got in late and I didnât have much option to find another place so I paid them directly. If they can be so neglectful on a verbal return payment .They are carless and do not care .The rooms are small no amenities.Basic room .basic area .Stay someplace else .
