Dans l'ensemble l'établissement est très bien, beau et propre. Le personnel est sympa. Les piscines sont top et la présence des dauphins est un plus. Par contre le logement en lui même.... Nous étions dans une maison deux chambres au sunset village.... la maison était sale et sentait le renfermé.. Certaines ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas où clignotant. la vue sur les terrasses est très belle mais le mobilier en mauvais état... des agraphes ressortent du bois partout sur les transats... un de nos enfants s'est blessé en allant s'assoir dessus.. Donc en résumé le complexe est très très bien mais le logement ( le.notre en tout cas) était décevant. Pour le prix c'est décevant

Hôtel 4* type resort. Beau complexe avec centre de sauvetage de dauphins avec lesquels il est possible de nager (supplément). Frais de resort à régler sur place. Serviettes disponibles à la piscine et comprises dans les frais avec large choix d'activités gratuites: kayak, paddle surf, vélo, .... Trois piscines: 1 réservée aux familles, 1 aux adultes uniquement, 1 espace dédié aux enfants (Pirate Island), plusieurs choix de restauration (piscine et restaurants à la carte). Large choix au petit déjeuner Bémol: - nettoyage des chambres pas impeccable et celui des toilettes publics laissent à désirer - surveiller la météo - 23-24° limite pour profiter de la plage et de la piscine car Les Keys sont venteuses

Great property for families with kids! Mine loved the pirate ship and kid’s area. They made friends and I was able to actually relax by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Horrible waste of $. Room walls were paper thin and noisy, NO working Wifi, pool closed early and activities at marina unavailable. Spent $1400 for 2 nights and left first thing next am and paid for another hotel in Keys. Ruined our vacation.

Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Could do better with more kids activities. There is a lagoon which is great, however, only 2 kayaks so the kids had to wait a long time to use them. Otherwise it was great!

Great place for kids. Lots of water activities. Food is expensive at the resort restaurants but reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and had a great view of the canal. The only downfall is that there was metal clanging outside our room every night for the whole night which made it very difficult to sleep.

Pool hours were very limited. We were disappointed to find out that the pool area closed at sunset. Especially considering we had waited throughout the day for weather to clear, and when it was finally nice out it was too late. We also had a negative experience with a waiter at the ale & anchor restaurant. They were disappointed with our tip and followed us out and were extremely confrontational. Tips are not always guaranteed, not traditional for all travelers, and should be based on level of service, not the meal price especially if they are over priced. Our waiter that chased us out only brought out drinks & forgot the to go boxes requested. We had to flag down someone else after waiting for some time. The atmosphere & food were fine, but the confrontational attitude of the waiter definitely left us with a negative impression of the overall experience.

Problems started at check in and continued
1. We arrived early and was told that we will be texted when room was available, after 7 pm, when we returned after dinner, the receptionist said that we didn’t get a text because the room wasn’t available until just then. Then we were told to go to the wrong floor. Then one of the 2 key bracelets did not work. 2. Have to request for housekeeping (that is ok): but no one answers the phone. And the reception desk & concierge desk were unmanned for a long time 3. Terrible WiFi that cannot sustain conference streaming or to watch a missed lecture For $55 daily resort fee, they charged for pickleball paddles.

The lack of attendance at our reception and concierge desks, coupled with the inadequate Wi-Fi that failed to support your conference streaming needs, certainly falls short of the experience we aim to offer. Additionally, we understand your frustration regarding the extra charges for pickleball paddles despite the daily resort fee. Please know that your feedback is invaluable and has been escalated to our management team for immediate attention and rectification.
