hotel très bien placé pour profiter de Manille
Séjour très agréable, hôtel propre , confortable, calme bien que dans un quartier très animé, personnel sympathique. La piscine au 9° étage est superbe dans un espace très convivial avec une superbe vue sur la ville.Le seul bémol l'attente aux ascenseurs parfois une peu longue car seulement 2 ascenseurs pour desservir les 19 étages....

Réception très efficace est sympathique, très bon service. Bon accueil, quartier bruyant, mais tout en haut, c est correct. Bien situé pr visiter, mais peu de choix de restaurant ds les alentours exception pizzeria, Mac do etc..

La piscine en plein air, très propre et avec beaucoup d'espace autour, offrant une vue superbe sur "old Manila" est un vrai plus pour cet hôtel qui offre en plus une bonne situation en centre ville ainsi que des tarifs raisonnables.

We arrived at the property on 2/11/2024. The location was gteat for our needs however, the property is run down and filthy. We had cockroaches and the towels were grey old and tattered. Something you would wipe your car with. This property serves as a temporary home for some student from dental school across the street.I will never stay here again!

Just for the location
Room was spacious but everything ( except the aircon) was old. Sink was plastered with a hideous gray sealant. Ref was bigger than the usual hotel ref though. Check in and out was tedious. I guess the only reason youll book this hotel is its location.

Very unhappy
We learned quickly that there was 24 hour construction happening just outside the building. Horns, pounding and crane noise all night long. This completely ruined our stay.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We can move guest to other side of the building if we have vacant rooms but facing busy street part but with lesser noise. This something beyond our control. Again, we are deeply sorry.

We got the "king bed" but it turned out it was 2 double bed they put together, so when you sleep in the middle, your shoulder will be buried in between beds. You can hear all the noise from outside, jeepney honking, buses, tricyle even the lrt. The location is near in the hospital so ambulances are come and go and we can hear all of them. Curtains are not blocking the light so you need to get up or you cover your eyes if you want to sleep more when it's bright. Staff are very accommodating and kind though. Room is old, furnitures are old. Towels are old. I only like the staff, they're very polite and helpful. I requested an iron and they give me the stand also.

The standard set up of our superior rooms had two small beds for twin bed or king bed request. But we had few rooms with one big bed that can be given to guests if needed. We just hope that we are informed about this so we can do something to make your sleep comfortable. With regards to our location, we are in the center of manila business area and busy streets. You comment about our service and especially about our staff is much appreciated. We will be more motivated to give better service. Your other comments are areas we need to improve. Again, thank you and hope that we can be of service to you again in the future.

Shower went cold. Cabinet for clothes very dirty. Had cockroaches in room. Tv stations not clear. Workmen working outside the window on ropes very loud.

Service could be better. Lost money hotel error
Paid for breakfats not given the coupans to get breakfast. Front desk will grant you service on order of nationality. The morning manger is great. The hotel itself is good for price.

This is an older hotel probably built in the ninteen seventies. The room I stayed in had been recently painted and renovated and is much improved from my last staya few years ago. New flat screen televisions. Excellent new split system air conditioners that are very quiet with very good cooling ability. Good sized rooms with large wardrobes and new in room safes. There is a very nice outdoor swimmer pool outside on the ninth floor. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location close to a large shopping centre and restaurants. Three large hospitals are situated within a five minute walk

Reality vs. Expectation
We already tried several Hotels in Manila and Pasay, so far this is the most unexpected one. 1. Location wise, yes near MRT, not crowded, 24hrs transpo are available except for trains. 2. Room amenities - complete kit. Towel? worn out. Towel Smell? could be great if they put some fabric con since it smells like smoke or something. 3. Pool? ok, but we cant use it since many CHINESE guest make it like their common area. games, surfing, smoking, ng hindi naman nagswiswimming, so nakakahiya naman wala ka mapaglagyan ng gamit kasi yung bench and tent gamit nila till pool closing hours. Pano ka magswiswimming kung ang daming phone na nakatapat sayo, yung mga nakapaligid lahat naka rubber shoes along pool area ha. Ikaw pa titignan ng masama kasi gagamit ka ng pool. 4. Cleanliness - its a big issue for everyone specially for comfort room, considering we took the superior room so we expect more to the basic one but then the CR size was small, the tiles on the floor was not clean. Tiles was old and have some scratched "nagbibitakbitak na" . Inside the room was clean aside form the CR but not totally clean. Hallway? carpet are dirty, dust everywhere. 5. Aircon, the best, winter like inside the room. 6. Food, purely basic one. 7. Internet? well, wala. open wifi daw kaso di ka naman makaconnect kahit 5 mins. man lang. good thing malakas yung signal ng network data. 8. Price? not worth for the price to be honest. 9. Hotel building, old hotel type, hope they could renovate it

The air conditioner was leaking. The towels are so old it takes so long to wipe ur body dry. A hairdryer should be in the bathroom permanently-not something u need to request as well as the iron and ironing board. Can u get a longer cord for the iron? And why is the front desk on the 9th floor???

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the aircon leak. We will look into the towels that was given to you. We are in the process of upgrading our rooms including the items like iron and hair dryer to be already in each room. With regards to the 9F reception, so sorry but it was already here since the start of the hotel and no idea why it is so.

I like the fact that the pool wasn’t crowded and the elevator staffs were attentive 24/7! The stay cleaning was also done fast but I think no new towels were replaced. There were cigarettes at the veranda but the view was nice:) The staff were nice. The Dining area is located at the Check-In floor but it was peaceful:) I expected a buffet breakfast but still we had a fine breakfast and enjoyed the beds:)

We have a partner transport provider from/to airport but if the guest refuse to avail due to expensive cost, we offer Grab service as alternate going to airport for a cheaper rate. We cant assist if the guest is from airport for no access with guest on arrival. Hope to be of service to you again :)
