Le bar à vin est une bonne idée.
Hotel très propre avec personnel fort serviable. Petit-déjeuner assez copieux, beaucoup de choix mais les viennoiseries (même à 8 heures) semblent déjà très rassies par rapport à ce que l'on aurait dans un 5 étoiles français. Est-ce le climat qui veut cela ? Je pencherai plutôt pour une préparation de la veille et non de la nuit comme on a voulu me le faire croire. Heureusement, pour les amateurs de croissants frais il existe une possibilité avec une très charmante personne tout de blanc vêtue qui vous prépare votre croissant depuis la pâte jusqu'à la cuisson finale. Donc l'honneur est sauf. Mais par contre seul le croissant a droit à un tel traitement. Les chocolatines seront rassies... Piscine magnifique, personnel féminin très agréable, personnel masculin affable, Possibilité de "late check out". Le soir une gâterie pour un français : le bar à vins consommation illimitée pour 850php++ jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Shangri-La sait recevoir.

We loved our stay at the EDSA Shangri-la! The staff was incredibly amazing, friendly and accommodating, we felt the Filipino hospitality and the comforts of home. This is indeed an oasis in the middle of the city where you can walk to malls to shop and come back to a restful place. The hotel bakery is incredible the goodies they sell are surprisingly delicious and world-class quality. I couldn't stress enough that EDSA Shangrila is a world class of its own and you will feel the ambience of peace from the moment you stepped in the hotel. We stayed in 3 other hotels during our stay in Manila and we keep saying EDSA Shangila is not to be beat when it comes to customer experience, hospitality and friendliness of the staff. We sure are coming back.

All the staff from the lounge and all the staff in the dining areas were very cordial, courteous and professional. They were above and beyond. All our requests were given especially the birthday decorations they made in our room. And also granting our request for a late check out. This is our first time here and definitely not the last one! I attended a wedding. It was beautifully decorated. I stayed here few years back, same good quality hotel. I love staying here. Piano bar at night is very relaxing.

シャングリラ周辺は昼間比較的安心して歩ける。 とても綺麗だし、居心地が良かった。 シャワーはお湯になるまで少し時間はかかるが、後は問題ない。スタッフはとても親切。

Courteous staff from front desk, housekeeping, security, concierge, etc. Upkeep and maintenance is still good despite it being one of the oldest hotels in the area. Strategic location, close to Quezon City to the south, Makati City and BGC the north, Rockwell to the east, and Eastwood to the west.
