Thank you for providing more details about Claes's stay at Mercure Manchester Piccadilly. It's unfortunate that the experience at the restaurant was not up to par. Being told that the restaurant has stopped serving when other tables are still being served can understandably be frustrating.It seems like the timing of the restaurant's closing and the communication between the waitstaff and the guests could be improved. This feedback is valuable for the hotel, as it helps them identify areas for improvement and ensure a better experience for future guests.It's good to hear that you found the hotel staff friendly, until the restaurant incident, the stay was perfect. Hopefully, the hotel can address the issue with the restaurant timing and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience
