Booked this as an overnight stop for a visit to the AO arena which was 5 minutes out by taxi and a half hour walk. We had a problem with the room but this was very quickly sorted. The staff were very friendly And helpful. Will be using again when in Manchester

The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever tried to sleep in. We didn't get any sleep. It was like sleep on a concrete floor. The staff were very friendly and room clean.

Not great, nor terrible
Only stayed one night and overall it's ok. Not the cleanest room-bathroom nor most comfortable mattress. 12 pounds breakfast - for that price that's a pass unfortunately. It's a shame that there was no microwave for use in the kitchen area. Noise can be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Heard every step of the people above and people passing by on the corridor. 3.2/5 is fair.

Bedroom rather small . Over bath shower had no seal on screen - so, easy to flood the floor. Hotel generally clean and tidy. Good , well managed breakfast service. Cleaning staff and dining staff without exception were courteous and helpful .Not true of all the reception staff. Pleasant enough for a short stay.

Enjoyable stay
We stayed at the Hotel as we were visiting the Coronation Street experience. Parking was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall a really nice stay. Staff were very helpfull. Although on one of our meals one item was missing, this was queried with the waitress, we were advised that she would enquire why but never to return to give an explaination
