Très bon hôtel au prix très abordable !
Cette hôtel est très bien situé au bord de l’eau les chambres sont spacieuses très bien équipées la literie est confortable le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne le service au restaurant qui est absolument déplorable nous avons même été obligé d’aller chercher nous-mêmes nos couverts!

Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre qui m'a été attribuée, avec seulement une porte comme séparation avec l'autre chambre attenante. J'entendais tout ce qu'il se passait dans l'autre chambre comme si la personne était avec moi. Je n'ai pas apprécié, pour cette raison je n'y reste pas lors de mon prochain séjour.

Bon choix
Hôtel agréable ,moderne ,confortable . Bien situé qui est proche de commerces avec le tram à proximité. Nous le recommandons pour touristes avec ou sans enfants , voyages d’affaires ou sportifs ( football) . Le breakfast est bien et inclus.

The bed was too firm and needs a topper. The pillows were very firm and made sleeping uncomfortable. The room itself was very good.

Good location and easy parking. Room quiet and clean, just a little tired. Was a little noisy outside window from ducks or geese during the night which can't be helped. Would stay again.

Good location
Good hotel in excellent location only spoilt by very noisy air con kept coming on every 10 minutes and no way to turn it off.

Watch out at breakfast time.
Room facilities good. Breakfast facilities totally inadequate when the hotel is busy. Staff overworked trying to deliver breakfast with failing equipment in a tight space.

Great location, but that's about it
Initial room (316) was OK, but no TV remote. Asked at reception, took 20 mins to deliver 2, then TV didn't work, had 2 more staff members try and retune the TV - both telling me that "All the tvs in the hotel untune themselves daily, normally you just hit 3 and they retune"?! Finally we were told that staff were going to move our room, all this time our food we had ordered was on its way, and then arrived as a staff member showed up with an aerial wire instead?! Our food sat and went cold whilst the lead inevitably didn't make any difference, before we were then moved room and could finally sit and eat at gone 10:30 at night. However, the new room (314) was not in a good state, the safety lock on the door was missing, the room didn't look clean at all, dusty skirting boards, hairs on the toilet bowl, dirt in the shower tray. All in all, not a positive stay at all

Inaccessible amenities
Location was ok but the shops , including restaurants nearby close early by 6pm. No convenience stalls/supermarkets within walking distance as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was lovely apart from the spare bed which was very hard and springy - could do with a mattress topper on for comfort even for kids - otherwise everything was great - thanks

Whilst a nice location scoring low as the breakfast was basic and little cross contamination so avoided some food . Our room was opposite the lift and very noisy affecting our sleep !

Will be using again!
Brilliant stay! room was lovely (double bed and sofa bed), breakfast was brilliant, staff were lovely and helpful, great location re ubers. Only slight negative was that hot water from the tap was intermittent but that didnt effect our stay at all.

Probably won’t stay again. Plenty of other option.
3 night stay. On arrival I reported that the toilet flush handle was hanging out of the wall. They said they would either get it repaired while we were out or they would move us to another room. Neither happened. When I reported it again, there was no record of it and all I got was an apology. The flush still worked with care but not ideal. On the first morning at breakfast the berry compot was still frozen. The coffee from the Nescafe coffee machine is very poor. We went elsewhere for breakfast the next morning.

Sadly I didn’t have the best experience here. My room smelt like stale cigarette or similar. I also had housekeeping knock on my door (and the whole floor) around 9 asking what time we were leaving! Having an 11am checkout I was very surprised by this and had I been in holiday rather than work trip this would have been quite a disturbance. I was on the 1st floor and had people outside smoking and talking loudly as well as car horns and just general noise. Front desk staff were very nice, no complaints there my review is based on the room, noise and housekeeping.

Hotel needs some attention. Rooms was freezing cold, very noisy and not just with people but also heating water and lift systems. Toilet was leaking all over the floor. Bed was not comport able, and all fittings looked very tired. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location, but shame about the hotel.
