Great Staff
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. Food costs were a bit high, but the breakfast was good.

From a unknown place to my future destination
Excellent all around. I end up in this place by default after being unable to find other places but I'm happy I did. I love the friendly and quiet atmosphere. I felt at home all the time. From knowing nothing about this place to becoming my destination for the future.

The hotel is is okay for the price. Avoid staying in the front rooms too close to the main entonce can hear a lot of noise at night and early in the morning.

Wonderful little boutique...
This is an amazing little boutique hotel in the city of Managua.... Hotel staff and the grounds were amazing as well, the cook is magnificent. Me and my family loved this little jewel of a place and wish we could have stayed here longer.

Great owners, great staff! The complimentary breakfast was really good. The #4 was my fav. Over easy if you're gonna try it out. Enjoyed time there!

Sehr schönes Hotel in exklusiver Nachbarschaft.
Bei unserem Nicaragua-Aufenthalt waren wir zum Ende unserer Reise noch ein zweites Mal im Timeless. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war der besonders freundliche Service. Amanda hat uns einfach jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch unser Gepäck das wir für einen kleinen Trip auf Corn Island nicht benötigten könnten wir im Hotel deponieren. Alles kein Problem. Wir können das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen.

Fantastic hotel with lovely pool
We had a fantastic stay here and only wish it could have been longer. Gorgeous pool facility and our breakfast was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel
From the moment I walked through the door I felt at home. The staff go above and beyond any expectation. The pool area is perfect. I would not change a thing about this place.

Really nice hotel in Managua. Beautiful lounging pool and hot tub, and large clean modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff with even more friendly owner on site who is eager to make sure your stay is great. Locked compound in a non central part of the city means there is not much to do outside of the hotel, but the staff are more than happy help with transportation to and from the airport or any destination you may choose to be traveling to.

This hotel is very nice, excelente customer service, breakfast is very good and free ,the security is very nice 24 hours a day ,very clean and organize, this is not you typical hotel but I will recommend for the service, pool is nice i will stay in the hotel again with not problem

Ok hotell men låg lite off
Personalen var trevlig men hotellet låg lite off. Dock fungerade det alldeles utmärkt för oss som endast skulle sova en natt innan vi skulle resa vidare.

Very helpful staff and very clean room. Convenient for Carretera Masaya. I will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms!
We were only there for one night but the staff was extremely nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a very convenient location for us.

Cute boutique hotel.
Nice place to stay in Managua about 30 mins from airport. Felt safe in this area and the hotel staff was very friendly. There were some cob webs around the lamps so this could be improved but overall nice place. Great jacuzzi and pool.

Terrible experience
Too expensive for the poor conditions, the bed is uncomfortable, the a/c does not work it spilled water and damaged some documents I had. The shower is terrible, there were hair on the floor, spider on my towel and the water drops poorly from the shower. Worst experience I have ever had in Managua and I go there once every two months for the past 6 years

Buenas Noches, Gracias por sus comentarios. Acerca de nuestras camas son bien cómodas y es la primera vez que tengo una queja de la cama por otro lado Siento mucho lo del Aire Acondicionado. En la Habitación 7 Hemos experimentado problemas cuando ponen la temperatura menor de 22 en el setting. Al parecer cuando se le baja la temperatura congela el filtro y la humedad se hace hielo que luego se derrite a causa de que se congela la tubería de gas y deja de enfriar. En estos climas lo recomendado es un setting de 23, esto ya lo hemos comprobado, seguro se nos paso por alto explicarles lo del aire. eventual mente cambiaremos el aire de la habitación 7 que es el que nos ha estado dando problemas. Me hubiera gustado que nos hubiera hecho el comentario sobre el estado del baño cuando estuvo aquí y nos hubiera enseñado lo que vio para hablar con el personal. Esperamos cambiar esta mala experiencia en buena cuando nos vuelva a visitar. Lo esperamos

The AC was not working properly it was hot.
Unfortunately found two roaches in the bedroom. The hot water was not working. Maybe it was the room we stayed in since we checked in very late at night. Breakfast was good!!

Outstanding service
I unfortunately was unable to stay here because it was over booked. But the owner was very apologetic because he was not able to honor my reservation. He offered us free drinks and use of the pool and restaurant. And took it a step further and found us a comparable room at another hotel. He was kind enough to drive to the other hotel with us and get them to honor our reservation price. They really made something good out a bad situation.

Very Calm and we'll located
Rooms are very spacious, clean, staff super friendly and dedicated. Delicious breakfast served every day. There is a Crossfit gym for crossfiters fans, just in front of the hotel.

A very accommodating and friendly environment. The owners and staff were exceptional. The hotel is quaint and offers Nicaraguan tradition and hospitality.

Fabulous stay!
Great style, very clean!! We were only there for one night but we really enjoyed the place and they even made us a fabulous candlelit dinner when they found out we didn't eat yet when we arrived. A lot of thought has obviously gone into the place and it shows. Highly recommend!

A Real Gem
Beautiful modern design. Large rooms, great common space,large beautiful rooms and two hosts (owners) who made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was great and innovative. My only reservations are the location which is an expensive taxi ride to central city areas and some staff who would benefit from additional training. My only negative experience was when the owner volunteered to drive us to and from a restaurant he recommended, but failed to indicate there would be a charge (very reasonable).

Oasis
Timeless Boutique Hotel is a hidden oasis in the sea of dust, noise and sweat of Managua. There is a marked drop in temperature upon entering the leafy neighborhood of walled enclaves. This hotel is a recently re-designed (read fresh, crisp and immaculate) contemporary house/mansion with comfortable, relaxing common spaces that include a patio, dining room and pool/Jacuzzi area. I also saw an exercise machine. The property is walled and is on a quiet street. The room was very nice and the air conditioning was a refreshing treat after a day of sticky cab and bus travel. A delicious dinner of chicken, vegetables and potatoes was the best meal I had in Nicaragua. Hosts Amanda and Lindsay were outstanding. I would stay here again.

Very enjoyable. Overall everything was exceptional, setting, decor,rooms,service and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Location was a little remote but neighborhood was quiet and nice cafe and shops nearby.

Great personalized Experience
We were greeted by Lindsey after a long car ride with information about the city and an offer for some home made soup and a ride to get to a great restaurant. When he found out we had an early flight, he said he would wake up at 5am to cook us a nice egg breakfast so we would have energy for our flight. To say they were accommodating would be a big understatement. The room was quiet and this was a much more personalized experience then staying at a regular hotel.

Great boutique home/hotel in Managua
The hotel is very new, so some things are still being completed and worked out, but it is very nice, very clean, and very secure. The staff is wonderful and got me taxis to and from where I needed to go quite easily.

nice hotel but wouldn't stay again
the hotel was further from the airport than i was lead to believe, even though the hotel offered transportation which was nice it was very pricey and would of been cheaper to stay across the street from the airport at a more expensive hotel but no transportation cost. Also the hotel advertised jacuzzi tubs in every room which is the main reason why I booked this hotel and upon arrival this wasn't the correct information. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was good but was highly disappointed about the stay.

Thank you for your comment and sorry for the misunderstanding. Our prices are the same as other providers at the airport, 20 US for pick ups and drop off, we are advertising in our web page drop off at 15 us. Also in our web page the only room with Jacuzzi is our family room and the one open to all our guest is in the pool area. If you are back in Managua for more than a day is a plus for us that we are in a quiet residential area to rest but close to main shopping center

I was picked up at the hotel, however, I had a hard time finding the driver (actually the owner), so I almost took a cab. The room was nice, but lacked appropriate plugin for computer and cell phone. Breakfast was good. I was there one night and my friends picked me up the next day and were given a tour, which was nice, but then were asked to pay for the coffee that was offerred to them. We thought that could easily have been complimentary in the interest of promoting their new hotel. All in all, it was OK.
