Au coeur de Malaga
Tout est bien passé, l arret du bus A est tout pret de notre appart 3 min a pied. Rien a dire, le confort, la propreté, proximité des sites a voir et en plein centre.

Belle chambre Propre et avec un nécessaire pouvant permettre de prendre des repas dans l'appartement Pour 4 couchages c'est bien pour une nuit ou 2 mais pas plus car une fois le canapé déplier : difficile de circuler. Chambre en face d'un distributeur de billet très utilisé et malheureusement aux touches sonores

Agréable séjour à Malaga
Nous avons séjourné dans cette ville pour une première fois... Ville fantastique ....un accueil souriant et aimable disponible L appartement était super ..nous avons séjourné à Seville, Valence et Barcelone...Malaga a été la ville la plus agréable pour le shooping...la restauration l animation dans les rues la proximité du centre historique ....prendre un vol d avion et n'avoir quelques pas à faire pour prendre le train et se retrouver 15 mm aprés dans le centre de la ville ...Super ...nous y retournerons c est sûr ! On demande une adresse à quelqu un l'espagnol s'arrête et vous améne sur un trajet qu il n allait pas faire ! ....

Excellent position, very close to the main street. Apartment was very clean and spacious (for 3) only small niggles was a constantly running loo flush and side lights to bed inoperable. I will recommend to my colleagues, friends and family

The place was nice and comfortable. The only thing was the sofa bed which needs to be replaced. It makes noises every time you move (a lot) and it is not comfortable that all. Everything else is good.

Great location, in the centre of Malaga. Amazing modern room, very stylish, spacious. Kitchenette amenities. Something to keep in mind, it’s only walkable area of the city, to catch taxi, you need to walk for a little bit. Front desk is located in another building. Something was up with connection, Wi-Fi or even phone data connection was quite poor.

This place was the worst property we stayed in during our trip all over Spain. They had minimal toiletries, half of 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels and only had maid service once every 4 days. The shower is tiny, you can barely turn around. The beds were hard as rocks, like sleeping on box springs. The front door that buzzes you into the building kept breaking and we would have to call the offsite property manager to come let us in and have to wait in the street for him or a technician to come around to fix it. This happened 3 times before they finally left the door completely open and unsecured. I also must mention there was construction right outside the front of the building with loud noise starting around 7:30 am till about 6 pm.We complained about all of these things to said management who couldn’t have cared less. My advice is to stay anywhere but here!

Utrolig sentralt og rolig strøk. Fin leilighet og deilig med en liten takterrasse. Vi er svært fornøyd! Nøkkel måtte hentes i resepsjon som var noen 100 m bortenfor leiligheten. God service og hyggelig leilighet vi gjerne leier igjen😊

Really Bad Check in
Check in was an absolute nightmare. The apartments do not have a check in desk on site and there was no information on where it actually is located. Arrived at the address at 2:30 check in time and found a doorbell marked "press here for check in" pressed the doorbell and attempted to call the property for 45 minutes with no answer. I was leading a motorcycle tour with clients that were left waiting at a nearby cafe while I found the property. After asking the business next door if they knew where the check in office was located I was told by them that they thought it was several streets away on Calle Cinteria number 3. I walked over there only to find another apartment building door button with no answer. I continued to call and returned to the original location to try the check in marked door bell again with no success. I then had a Spanish friend try the number on her phone and it was answered right away and we were then told the real address for the check in. Upon arrival I spoke to an unbelievably rude and uninterested desk person named Alex who said that they had been busy for the whole time that I had been calling even though I was the only customer there at the time. Alex did not once apologize and proceeded to be difficult, and in my opinion, purposefully slowing down the whole procedure to make it that much more frustrating. I will obviously not be doing business with Debambu ever again!

It was nice and had good location. Unfortunately the person in front desk was really mean. We arrived late, around 10 pm and he wait for us outside the apartment while I have to park the car. I left with him my mom who is 75 years old. It is difficult to find parking close to the hotel so it took me at least 15 minutes to come back. He didn't let my children and mom to inside the apartment, until I came back. I was so upset to find out my family so tired were waiting outside on the street and then he said we were lucky he was waiting for us. So bad customer service

Perfect location, spotlessly clean. Kitchen great for breakfast and snacks, but inadequate for making dinner. Biggest beef is that the reception is located at a different address (7 Cinteria sp?) which is not mentioned on the booking confirmation.

Very well located in the core of the city. Off-site staff were extremely helpful but there was a bit of a mix-up checking in - clear communication and instructions were not provided by Expedia. Also, the intercom at the entrance (which is not staffed) does not work properly, so the woman working in the neighbouring business was kind enough to help us reach the office by phone. Room is excellent, divided into two parts with the A/C in the other half, so the cool air is not falling on you in your bed, brilliant.

Na mesma data do check-in por volta das 23h. ao ligar garrafa para esquentar água, que soubemos no dia seguinte pelo funcionário responsável, estar com defeito, a TV, tomadas, Wi-Fi, geladeira e chuveiro quente deixaram de funcionar e não tivemos como solucionar o problema pq nos foi avisado que o escritório funcionaria somente até 20h30. Resumindo, como nossa estadia foi para somente 1 dia, ficamos no prejuízo que espero ser ressarcida de alguma forma.

Small apartment building with no body there to open the door for you and leave you in street behind the close door for hours and after a long trip and finally a long walk to get the key to go inside, it ruins your 2 days trip to Malaga. Inside the room was ok for one night stay but I would never go back to that place, again. And, Hotels.com should not work with these kind of owners, anyway.

Fresco y cómodo
Nos encantó el apartamento: céntrico, cómodo, fresco, agradable, sencillo y decorado con mucho gusto. Nuestra llegada se retrasó 3 horas por culpa del avión y nos facilitaron asistencia sin problema para entrar pasada la medianoche. Muchísimas gracias, si podemos repetiremos!

Great, but electricity problem
I stayed just one night this week. Condition of room was really clean and cosy. However I couldn’t use electricity for hair drier, charging my mobile at night. It was too late, so I cant call reception. I think this is not the first time, they need to check power once again. Except this, ok.
