This hotel is great for an early morning flights. My only complaint is that the rooms claim to be sound proof but from about 6am there were people out in the hallway talking loudly and opening and closing doors constantly.
The check in process was easy and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable.
However the food was very average and I even had to return it, which I don't normally do. When I did, the kitchen staff were rude and gave me stick and started slamming things around the kitchen like a couple of spoiled children. When my food arrived back it was worse that the first time, and to the point that it was uneatable.
Im extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional response for something that would have been an easy fix but instead I received sheer laziness, incompetence and an unacceptable addit
Very convenient , only problem was the phone made a strange humming noise so we unplugged it . and the sink dripping noise was a bit annoying to sleep through, think it was from the aircon overflow. other wise great food and very convenient stay , will definitely stay again
Stay was just okay. I booked 2 twin rooms for my family. Asked for a wake up call, as we were taking an early morning flight, but it never came. The location to the airport is its main plusZ
Perfect for an overnight stay right at the airport for those early departures or late arrivals. Very clean comfortable room and bar and restaurant are great
The room was good. Check in service was good. Service at the restaurant was terrible. We ended up leaving before ordering. The parking was also difficult as the boom gate is operated by the air port.
I did not appreciate the up selling of joining the hotel chain during checkin. Despite indicating numerous times that I was not interested. The gentleman continued to offer it at every opportunity. I just want my keys to my room.
Located next to airport so very convenient. Room was clean & tidy. Bed was super comfy. Lovely shower. Only negative was we called to ask about room service and were told the menu would be available via the hotel compendium QR code on the tv. Compendium states to view pages 13-17 but only goes to page 13 with no menu. Thus, we did not order any food this time. We have previously had meals at the hotel and they have always been very good.
