nice moment at Coloane
Nice welcome; Early checking with no extra fees. Nice bedroom overlooking the see and the pool. Big bedrooms with big private terrasse. Bed is confortable. I don’t like the smell of the bedroom; Due to A.C? Or carpet?? Good club sandwiches at lunch time and nice breakfast with many choices; The all staff hotel is very gentil and smiley 😃

Great!
Wasn't sure about my hotel's choice, but it was just PERFECT! The location (you don't feel like you're in Macau), the space, the private balcony, the view, the shuttle bus to main attractions/Venetian every 30min, the pool (and drinks around the pool), the gym centre... I think it's perfect for all the different profiles (family, group of friends, couple, solo) without being disturbed by the others. Some points to improve: cleanliness around the pool (end of cigarette, empty glasses for example) + water (a lot of leaves stuck on the filtration system). The queue at check out time on Sunday (should inform some customers that they can check out later). We didn't take any meal at the hotel, so I cannot judge, but the buffet looked nice. Good price/location/quality!

We had a great stay. The hotel outdoors need to be refreshed with a layer of paint. The bathroom appliances feel a little runout, which is a shame for a 5 star. The rest was great. Need to be better prepared for high peak season (breakfast buffet collapsed on a long weekend holiday and the queue was sooo long) staff was overwhelmed. Overall a great stay!

The Grand Coloane is a great place to get away for a different e-work environment or family vacation. I highly recommend staying ocean side. Sitting on the balcony at night or early morning is quite relaxing. The staff are very helpful and kind.

The environment and design of the hotel is clean, relaxing and beautiful. Staff service is excellent. But transportation to downtown should improve. e.g. hotel shuttle bus service should be available on weekdays as well.

值得再次入住的休閒度假酒店
澳門鷺環海天度假酒店一如以往，環境寧靜、舒適休閒，酒店員工服務親切有禮，早餐品質亦能保持昔日水準，加上疫情之後，整體外牆油漆工程大致完成，令此行感覺非常良好。讚！ 惟需要改善的是，酒店的接駁車至今仍未能回復正常服務，或許這是營運效益及客量需求而無法提供完整服務，這點我們當然可以理解，但貴酒店網頁卻仍然顯示舊有的行車時間表及接駁點，這導至今次我們在路上苦候了一段時間。 為方便住客安排行程，希望貴酒店能適時更新相關資料，謝謝！

The staffs were great. The facilities were great. The building was a bit run down. The hotel may or may not worth the 5 stars. One big problem is transportation as the Taxi in Macau is basically mafia operated with no Uber or Grab or Ola or Didi or Gocar. Several times we had to rely on public bus.

Lovely and peaceful place for family outing! You should try the calm and fomfort arround with indoor and outdoor swimingpools. Kid's activities. The trainers are very helpful and kid-friendly. No hurry! Thats the beauty. Finally the foods, specially for long breakfast, many items even you don't need any formal lunch after it. We like it. Lastly, I should mention you may find some ants in the room, should be careful if you have kids with you, otherwise they are not harmful. I'll prefer to go again!

It is a spacious hotel in a location that you can see a different side of Macau. Love the beach and sea view from the hotel room. The swimming pool area also nice and kids friendly environment. The only down point is that it is not at a very convenient location that you might have difficulties for getting a taxi during peak hour if you have missed the shuttle bus or buses outside the hotel (they all runs in every 30 minutes). Also, it would be nice if they had a convenient shop inside the hotel. As if customers need some daily necessity or snacks, they would have to bring themselves or travel back to the main city center to get them.

這間酒店很有外國旅遊feel, 因為大部分是外國人，而且有個無敵游泳池、房間露台，可惜因為太耐，已經有很多設施老化，配套設施也不好，穿梭巴士太少坐位，大部分人都坐不到，也沒有賭場，但只想渡假的人，價錢十分合理

The staff is nice and we are appreciated for the free upgrade to high floor. Great scenery and cosy environment for the hotel. But there is room for improvement as the reception and resolution of television is quite low with static noise.

Great vibe, just need maintenance
Overall a pleasant experience in this lovely nature oriented hotel. Love the chill out vibe and family friendly atmosphere and surroundings. I know it is an older hotel but it would be nice if the management can pay more attention to the maintenance. My hotel bathroom shower glass door was not really in place, so I couldn’t close it while taking a shower. I understand it takes time to manage such a big number of hotel rooms. Just a heads up to the management team if they can check each room’s situation. Thank you for everything.

Billy, Director of Rooms, helped us assure all details in place, as we traveled with baby and had many requests. Then, the F&B room service and pool staff was excellent too. Very accommodating and beautiful setup for birthday. We stayed at this property ALWAYS when in Macau, before called Westin, now changed name. We would continue staying there.
