It's great to hear that you noticed the hard work of our general manager, she is always involved in ensuring a positive experience for guests. However, we apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay.We appreciate your suggestions regarding food options and will certainly take them into consideration for improvement although It's disappointing to hear you didn’t find the variety of options enough but it seems like you only realized about the pizza/sushi place and tacos but for your information, we also have restaurant agave with the whole menu, cupcake coffee shop with pastries, treats, fruits, sandwiches, coffee, teas, smoothies, etc, and room service with its menu.We also regret the issues with cleanliness and maintenance, as well as the inconvenience of our vacation club presentation approach, we pretend to be informative and we are sorry if this has caused the wrong impression. Rest assured, we will address these concerns with our team to ensure a better experience for future guests.We hope you will reconsider and give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.

Your feedback about the dining options and food quality is valuable, and we appreciate your honesty, is also important to mention that we have tacos by the Palapita, our restaurant Agave with all the options on the menu, the cupcake coffee shop with pastries, treats, fruits, sandwiches, coffee, teas, smoothies and also room service with its own menu if our guest do not find their culinary preferences we always want engage and discuss options to cater every want. We'll certainly take your comments into consideration for future improvements. It's great to know that Tortuga was of your preference for dinner as well as the pizza/sushi place for lunch.
