Hotel Staff, Room and Location

Staff: very helpful and nice, provided room cleaning twice a day (one after bed and one before bedtime) Room: Good and clean with high ceiling. ceiling fan and ac worked fine Sink: Plugged up. Had to call the front desk two times to get it fixed Location of the hotel is considered safe. However, it is not located in a sand-beach area where people can enjoy water activities and swimming. The beach is rockky with violent waves. Bring your mosquitos repellant. There are mosquitos during this time (Sept).

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff with the exception of the waitress at the sushi Sky bar her service was the worst. Everything else was great!!!

only issues were that it was slow season september and it was hot they turned off the a/c in alot of common areas and restaurants. the only other thing was the ANTS they were everwhere including in our room if you left a drink next to you bed by morning the table the walls the drink were covered in them. other than that great place

As we are located on a warm climate, this kind of insects are common in the area and for this reason we follow a strict fumigation program however we are working in some actions with housekeeping to reinforce this fumigation program so this doesn´t affect our guests in the future. Beautiful peaceful all-inclusive hotel.

Les + : The quality of the facilities, great for families and couples, not as rowdy and loud as other hotels closer to the city center
Les - : Gym was not working, could not accommodate our request for a king bed, husband got food poisoning and getting a refund on shuttle tickets difficult.
Situation : beautiful location, beaches not as swimmable and location is far from shopping
Beautiful hotel and view, variety of food/drinks and service from most of the staff.

Short break in Cabo

Les + : Close to beach
Les - : Some air conditioning in the lobby and hallways, it was really hot and stuffy.
Had electrical issues, no lights, ceiling fan, and air con was as loud as a freight train. Had to ring the front desk 3 times during the night last call being 3am, they came promptly and flicked the trip switch, however we ended up changing rooms. The food at breakfast was average, both restaurants are outdoors so no air con, flies all over food and no ice under the bowls of food that should stay cold. If you like hot food that is luke warm, cold food that is luke warm then this is the place for you. We were treated to an awesome meal on our last night as an apology for the hassels we had endured, but don't think we wil return to Cabo in the near future, feel that it is better over Playa del carmen area.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, my only complain is the breakfast buffet doesn't have a large selection of food. Ala carte restaurants are great for all inclusive

Amazing Experiance

Les + : everything; food, services, activties.
Les - : Variety of breakfast food
Situation : boating, fishing, snorkeling
Such a wonderful hotel, staff is so nice and helpful. Everything from service to food is amazing! Snorkeling is right near the beach and the theme activities are wonderful!

My first time to this hotel and I loved it. The entire staff were so friendly and curteous and professional. The only thing I did not like was that there are no air conditions in the resturaunts or and it get uncomfortable to eat your food the heat. But eveything else was perfect.
