Beautiful Resort and Amazing Surroundings

Les + : Location, facilities and food
Situation : Go to San Lucas using the hotel taxi service and enjoy marina, the arch and shopping.
From the moment you step in the property the atmosphere is friendly and you feel welcomed. Reception staff and concierge are amazing. Thanks to Alejandro, Leonardo and Antonio for welcoming us at the check in. Excellent restaurants and food quality, same good staff very friendly. Jesus at the Peninsula Restaurant is awesome. Pool and beach areas are perfect combination for the whole day. On the beach when the tie is low, snorkeling with colourful fishes is perfect. Thanks Yossimar, the salvavidas, to tell us when to go in the ocean stay safe and enjoy. Pool water and facilities are very good, servers and bartenders do their best to make you relax and enjoy. Having access at the grand club lounge is worth it! Fine selection of drinks and fresh snacks. At the grand club employees doing excellent to keep everything fresh. Thanks to Mary Cruz to be so friendly with our little one. Fitness room perfect! We can not wait to come back.

Excellent Resort, Good Service, Amazing Beach

Les + : The entire package - Excellent picturesque Resort and Beach, Good Food, drink and service, good snorkeling options
Les - : It would be good for the resort to put the menu online, Have a online presence on activities by day. Also more detail directions on ATM.
Situation : Los Cabos - Beach, Arch and Shopping mall
Excellent Resort. The beaches are amazing, pools are kid friendly, good food and drink options. The Service is very good, the staff is very friendly and as long as you are patient (not all staff know english) they are very willing to help. Had a good time snorkeling. The fishes are right on the beach so you don't have to snorkel too far. The beach is very rough so talk to the staff and follow warning signs. My family had a very good time. Highly recommend it

Les - : Keep the the hotel reputation as you do now. Well done
Situation : Close to Cabo San Lucas. Get the hotel shuttle to marina and enjoy activities in town.
Everything went quick and smooth with check in. Staff is awesome. Food quality is outstanding.

My first all inclusive experience

Staff was super friendly though a lot more limited with their English than I expected. Resort is beautiful, gym was decent, food was nothing to write home about, my mini bar never got restocked after the first day, no room service menus though presumably your room service is included, never got info on what restaurants were available there, where they were, or how the all inclusive part worked. No hotel info in room either. If it wasn't for other guests sharing info I wouldn't know what my stay included. Timeshare people kept calling my room throughout the day, not sure why as I paid full price to stay there. Premium liquor/food was extra though you don't see info on this anywhere. Overall, for my first trip to Cabo I was satisfied. I would give 8/10 stars just based on beauty of resort and such great employees.

So far away!

Most of the rooms were a good 10 to 15 minute walk from the pool and beach. Our room had broken a shower curtain, a broken window curtain and broken closer door. Our AC vent in the shower was moldy and the shower took at least 5 minutes to get warm. But the guacamole there way delicious! (:

Been twice, love it!

Les + : Love the service, it is above average clean and the golf course is great. Expensive but great
Les - : Live music at night
Situation : Didn't leave the resort.....
My wife and I have been twice and are ready to go again. Next time we will take our kids because we realized they have some great events for our daughters. We love this resort.

Grounds are beautiful the rest is 3 star at best

Definitely not a 4 1/2 star hotel. While the grounds are great, the mini suite was very outdated. Cleanliness was not their forte and we had to call them several time so they could clean again. Also TVs were not clear. Shower heads not working properly as I could not even rinse my hair properly. So many issues that I do not expect in a 4 1/2 star hotel. In terms of food, not much variety when you stay for a week and far from being great. Ok at best. Again if not for the grounds and the fact that the hotel in beachfront, I would have thought it is a 3 star hotel. Also do not expect to swim on the beach... And forget about walking on the beach as well. Sand is pretty rocky.

Regarding your comments on the beach, the sand might be coarse for some people but this is a very special characteristic as we are privileged to have a natural reef just in front of our resort, when the tide is low there is an area where you can admire a wide variety of colorful fish from the shore and even snorkel with them, this is a fun activity for kids and adults who want to enjoy the beauty of the submarine life; we feel very fortunate to offer this activity to our guests and we provide classes and snorkeling gear at the activities booth. Great bars, great food. A couple times the water in the shower was lukewarm at best but that was our only issue in 5 days

Fantastic Place to Honeymoon!

My wife and I were familiar with the Fiesta Grand Americana brand since we had both been to the one in Cancun before and simply loved it . However, we were still not sure up how the one in Cabo would compare to the one in Cancun. We Were Blown Away! Hands down this was one of the best vacations we have ever had! It exceeded all of our expectations from the food, the beautiful accommodations, customer service and oceanside golf. The wide variety of restaurants on-site were all excellent! All of the swimming pools were terrific as well as the saunas. The spa treatments that my wife and I both had which really relaxing... Top notch! We are planning all ready to go back as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this Resort.
