This resort is by far fantastic. The resort is gorgeous. The staff is 10 out of 10. The food is 10 out of 10. Cabo is gorgeous and none of us wanted to leave. You must visit.

Paradise view from hotel room

Les + : Spectacular views, several good restaurants, beautiful beaches, entertainment, and always something to do.
Situation : Nice and secluded, but close enough to venture out. Went into town to do some shopping. Many activites available, but just enjoyed doing nothing!
First time in Los Cabos and absolutely loved it! Weather just perfect every day if you enjoy the dry warm climate in the mid-seventies. Definitely need a light jacket or long sleeve for the evenings in January. I am a beach person so that is what I enjoyed, however, the pools were awesome. Wonderful service from the entire hotel staff. I would definitely recommend Los Cabos and the Grand Fiesta Americana. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Our first time to Cabo was magical and the crown jewel was the Grand Fiesta Americana. The hotel was beautiful, our room service representative, Jesus, was incredible, the did was top notch and around the beach ad pools, we never had an empty glass or a want for anything.

Les + : Friendly staff, nice room, great view, good breakfast and drinks.
Les - : Toiletries could be better quality. Room fridge should be refilled without asking. There was no WIFI connection in bedroom. Food in Italian restaurant
Situation : Can't say. We spent the whole time at the resort. Great snorkeling, whale and bird watching!
We needed a break from it all and we found it and a room with a view!

Wonderful Experience

Les + : The resort had a good variety of restaurants. The layout was great with several swimming pools and easy beach access. The staff was fantastic.
Les - : More access to espresso would be nice. ;)
Situation : The resort is about a 15 minute cab ride from Cabo San Lucas. Just right....not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but close enough.
This is a great all inclusive resort. Its not pretentious with its layout and amenities and has a luxurious yet relaxing vibe. The beach is rocky, so not the best swimming area (saw a few snorkelers), and be sure to bring beach shoes if you have sensitive feet...the sand is not the softest. The rooms are nice, and the ocean view rooms are a must! Watching whales from our room was a great experience every morning. We were there a week and didn't have the chance to eat at all the restaurants on the property, partly because we went in to Cabo San Lucas a couple of nights. The swim up bar was fun and no matter where we ate the food was fantastic. The service was superb. Regina was the first person to welcome us and tell us about all that the resort has to offer. Cesco and other staff members were super. And if you get a chance to meet Cabo Ken you're lucky! We will be back to this resort. It was relaxing, fun and a good value.

Excellent Hotel and beach Front.

Les + : All the food in all the Restaurant, , ROOM, Services, Coffee corner. Beachside Special Dinner, Everything was so good.
Les - : Wireless Internet was Very slow in some part of Resort and Room. Need to improve the speed.
Situation : Down down is about 10 min drive. you can shop the good souvenir the Mall. it also has some out side small shop.
Excellent Resort. we stay so many all inclusive resort around the world but this may be one of the best resort. Over all Food in All the Restaurant is Very good. Love the Coffee corner concept. Good Coffee with many variety of cookies and Sandwich. Love there Biscotti. Very cozy Environment. Also Love there Snack Cart. Every morning They come to your room with verity of Snacks. Resort is Very clean and Staff is Excellent. Good customer services. Hope we had more time to stay. Overall everything was very Pleasant. It is a true 4.5 star Resort. Location is on far from the Airport. It will take about 40 minute Drive. I would suggest to rent the car and drive to the hotel. Only one road. Car rental is not expensive. Taxi are very expensive. $95 for one way!!!

Great room. Great staff. Jaime at the beach and Maria in the restaurants were excellent. All hot tubs were cold and the internet failed to work throughout the entire stay. Very frustrating when trying to get some work done while away. All food was excellent.

Overrated & worse experience

I have travelled all over the world and this by far has been the worse experience. To keep this short and to the point... Our flight was delayed and because of that we missed our connecting flight and could not get a flight out till the day after. After over an hour of wasted time on the phone with expedia we were told that nothing can be done and we would lose out on a day of our all inclusive. Why it took and hour to tell me that I don't know... Apprently the hotel couldn't do anything either. It seems that once money has been received no one cares to look after the customers when situation arises at no fault of the customers. They couldn't extend a day extra, no partial refund, not even at least a pick up at the airport or something for the inconvenience and lost of money we had to endure. Spending Christmas day and overnight at an airport at no fault of our own. I would think Expedia would at least could gave protected their customer against something like this. Once we made it to the hotel, we were disappointed. Very outdated and nothing what was depicted in the photos. We paid EXTRA for an ocean view but what what we receive was a room facing the ocean blocked by a whole bunch of palm trees. The staff barely smiled and didn't want to help us. We lugged our own luggage up to our room and if you want a spot by the pool please wake up at 7am and drop a shirt their to received because they do not have enough available to accommodate the amount of patrons.
