Beautiful Hotel

Les + : Excellent food and drinks. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room twice a day. Offered an onsite National Rental Car company.
Les - : The WIFI signal was not the best inside of our room, worked better in the lobby.
Situation : Wave Runners, Horseback riding and dinner cruises are only 15 minutes away at the Marina.
Had an amazing vacation, will definitely return in the near future.

Les + : Touche mexicaine: nourriture (le matin et le soir, en particulier), "fiesta mexicana" organisée par l'hôtel
Les - : Le menu au déjeuner (lunch) est un peu banal
Excellente expérience: hôtel bien situé, personnel bien entraîné, prestations de haut niveau.

Amazing time, when we arrived was greeted with s bottle of champagne in my room. The hotel has many amenities for all likes.

Thanksgiving Stay

On the negative side, the check-in process is very slow (took us 45 minutes) and the room wasn’t ready at 3pm (check-in time). Also on the negative side, our brand new giant whale-shaped floatie (purchased at the hotel for $40) was STOLEN from our pool chair at 8am while we went inside for breakfast. The hotel did not seem concerned, and I was not contacted after filing a report with security. On the positive side, location was great, the views are amazing and ocean view rooms are gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and nice. Sushi was awesome and they do have a ton of restaurants on the premises. We didn’t try them all. Food by the pool was okay, breakfast was great. Steakhouse was not that impressive, but we heard the Italian restaurant was great. Will definitely go back.

The staff at Fiesta Americana Los Cabos go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food with the all inclusive packet is very good. Fresh smoothies for breakfast, ceviche on the beach, late night room service.

Les - : Expedia needs to show integrity and honesty with its promotions and offers.
Disappointing that the $200 Expedia credit was completely different at the hotel. They were not aware of the offer and offered $50 per day, use it or lose it. As an Expedia VIP member I was offered 155 off at the spa and a bottle of wine, again an offer the hotel was not aware of. I would have chosen a different company other than Expedia based on this negative experience. Horrible customer service.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at this resort. It’s on a beautiful swimmable beach. The staff are so kind, courteous and friendly. The food was good, some restaurants are better than others, but great value for the money. Can’t beat the all inclusive. Convenient shuttle into town. The pools were great. A lot of variety overall. A special shout out to Tony, Sergio and Armando at the pool side bar, Daniel and Angel at the Peninsula restaurant and Danny and Ivan at La Bodega. They were wonderful, along with so many others. We will definitely be visiting this beautiful property again. Such a lovely experience! We were very pleased with everything :)

This is our third time staying here. The staff is great, hotel is clean, food is good. Edgar Alvare, Jaime Pontoje and Sele where fantastic!
