Moyen pour le prix
l hôtel est facile d'accès et on trouve beaucoup de restaurant autour Il est propre et le petit déjeuner correct bien qu'il manque un peu de tables Le système de chauffage est bruyant et le notre était défectueux et faisait trop de bruit nous avons du l'arrêter en pleine nuit...ceci a été gênant...

This hotel is very, very nice and very clean !! The staff does not bother you at check out time demanding you leave nor do they bother you at all during your stay, for that matter. Check in is very simple, no extra deposit surprises. They do require a credit ir debit card on file , but just for your own needs, like if you want something from their store, like snacks or drinks. Free breakfast with a nice dining area

Excessive noise
My stay was ruined because they gave me a room right next to the railroad tracks, and the commuter train was passing by almost 24 hours a day every 10 minutes. Also, the elevator was right next-door and then on top of it. I guess there was a restaurant nearby that had loud music.

The sound of the hot water running through the pipes was a little loud. A wastebasket was placed in the hallway in the morning to catch drops of water from a leaking pipe. Breakfast was ok. Did see some homeless people loitering around the area near the swimming pool. Sadly this is a common problem in southern CA.

The metro was right next to our room. It was difficult to sleep. The hearter/air conditioner was extremely loud when it turned on

Environment, services, cleanliness are excellent. The cons are bed is too soft, at night there may be a sounds coming from a pipe or some sort.

Recent Stay
Overall the trip was great! Room was clean and it had two televisions. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice with various options and different from one day to another. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I guess my only issue would be if your room and the one next to you has one of those doors in between for when they’re shared rooms. You’ll hear about everything from the other guests next door. But overall it was great!

Family vacation
From the moment we walked through the doors the staff was kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious each morning. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in this area!! :)
