Nul et superficiel. Ce n’est pas un 5*.
Nul. Si vous cherchez un beau 5* pour un séjour à LA, fuyez. Ce n’est clairement pas au niveau ni à la hauteur du prix et de ce qui est attendu. Un simple 3*. Ni les infrastructures, ni le service, ni le personnel, ni la chambre ne justifient. Chambre très décevante. il manque tous les éléments de confort pourtant indiqués dans la chambre : pas de bouilloire ou de café, pas de frigo, un seul fauteuil sur la terrasse, eau de l’évier qui sort est marron. Les rideaux partent en lambeaux et la lumière du jour, forcément, vous réveille tôt. On informe la réception ? On nous prend de haut, nous dit que ces éléments sont sur demande, et qu’ils ne sont pas responsable de ce qui est indiqué sur le site et la réservation. Et qu’un plombier va passer. L’hôtel est clairement too Much et qui vieilli. Les meubles sont vieillot et en sale etat, tout abimés. Ah et leurs clients extérieurs/événements sont prioritaires. Nous avons été surpris de voir la piscine fermée le matin, réservée pour un anniversaire l’après midi. Aucune information, personne n’a été prévenu à l’arrivée. Aucune excuse. L’emplacement aussi est décevant. L’hôtel est au bord d’une 4 voies. Prévoyez les boules quies. Le personnel n’est sympa que si vous distribuez les billets, et tout dépend la taille du billet.. Bref face à notre fort mécontentement nous avons eu les frais offerts. Mais nous aurions préféré avoir une meilleure expérience. Beverly Hills, in California, very famous place , I got a such good experience séjourné à cette Hotel. Mais, Ne pas surprendre Pas de l'eau chaude , je me suis lavé de l'eau froide des le Matin. Deux fois les mécaniciens venu de le réparer, mais sans succès J'ai demandé de changer un autre Rooms. Malheureusement, Cet-fois ci, Le poignet du Douche est ne marché pas , de l'eau chaude qui coule sans arrêt, alors j'ai décidé de le reporter à cet Hotel est gâché leur l'ambiance réputation pour un rien. Allez-se discuter avec les mécaniciens plus compétents de le refaire maintenance générale. En France , En Corée du Sud , une fois Après changement du Chambres, C'est rare répéter meme cas.

Heureusement il y a Mr C
Hôtel moderne de style Italien des années 50 avec boiseries et nappage comme au Harrys bar de Venise mais avec un personnel à l'humeur changeante. Le premier petit déjeuner fut un fiasco avec du personnel mal aimable et peu professionnel. heureusement il y'a Mr C quia fait des réglages indispensables. En fait il existe ce Mr C, c'est le directeur de l'hôtel Christian qui est un excellent professionnel de l'industrie hôtelière . Les chambres sont modernes et d'insigne. La douche est excellent mais la salle de bains est étriquée et les sc. Ne sont pas séparés, ce qui est regrettable. L'aspect pratique de la chambre à été sacrifié au nom du design, c'est dommage car il manque de rangements. Petite penderie et trois tiroirs minables pour les chambres. Bref bon hôtel avec un excellent concierge et un excellent directeur

heureusement que j'ai vu Mr C
Hôtel bien situé et confortable. Beau design mais manque de place sans les placards. Actuellement un chantier bruyant nuit à la tranquillité de l'hôtel. Le service du concierge et des valets Parkings sont excellents , celui du restaurant parfois facétieux ... Heureusement il y a Mr C, le manager de l'hôtel qui veille au grain et sait remettre de l'ordre dans ses équipes . Et Oui il existe le Mr C, c'est Christian Radu qui est un exceptionnel professionnel dans qui notre séjour aurait été ecourté.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was not open when were there as it was too cold for LA. So I can't say how that area was. Hotel location was convenient easy walk to Rodeo and Lyft was quick to take us to farther site seeing activities. As for the hotel, we loved it. Our room faced Beverly Hills and you could see the Hollywood sign in the distance. The area is not high traffic so it was quiet and had beautiful views. The restaurant had great breakfast options but the lunch / dining was limited. I had pasta one night and the noodles were a bit under cooked and the sauce was very bland. My husband had the oysters and loved them. It would have been great if they had a separate room service or snack type menu, even a separate bar menu. So we ate elsewhere for all the other nights. one draw back was with the lobby/ lounge toilets one smelled horribly of urine the entire stay, I can't understand why this was not addressed with a professional cleaner. All in all we loved our stay at the Cameo, staff was fantastic and location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon- we had a balcony on city side and views did not disappoint. It’s worth noting there is no fridge/microwave in the suite. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Location was about 15/20 minute walk to stores and restaurants. We felt super safe in the area. The local restaurants close at 10 so if you are looking for a night life, you will have to taxi some where further. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Well worth the price we paid.

We had a great experience at Cameo. The hotel is quiet and we felt very safe, which is always a top priority. I thought the property was quite well maintained and it didn't feel rundown to me at all. It is walkable to Rodeo Drive which was nice since we were taking so many Ubers to get elsewhere in the city. The bed was very comfortable and the room smelled noticeably clean when we walked in. Front desk staff is nice. I did ask that a second chair be brought up for use on the balcony since there were two of us in the room who wanted to enjoy sitting outside together, but it never arrived. I also didn't realize until we had housekeeping come on our second day that the room was not fully equipped with towels when we arrived; we did not receive hand towels or a shower mat until that day. I also wish the rooms came standard with a mini fridge; I've seen from comments here that fridges can be requested but I was not informed of that. Room service was good, but the on site restaurant is a bit pricy. Overall would recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Beverly Hills!

The only thing i didnt like was that the rooms did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker. The bar area downstairs did have coffee and tea each morning to offset not having a machine in the room.

All good and great price point. Parking over priced as everywhere! Building leaked a lot In rain and there’s no coffee machines in the rooms. Otherwise nice.

Beautiful area. But the staffing awful!! 😣 We waited for drink for 30 mins, ordered then we waited for another 30 minutes they went to the back of main restaurant to mix the drink idk. They should have told us they were closed until 5 pm for the front bar. Next day we went to have breakfast, they sat us. Then NO ONE CAME BY TO SAY or ask if we were ready to order. They served some Asian people big family first. Even tho we sat first. They kept walking by us as if we were ghost. We waited for 30 mins. They would serve everyone (other races) But never to my friend and I. (we are latin we felt a bad racism) We walked out and they just saw us no one said anything or ask. It was very rude and disrespectful Bed is awful! Felt like sleeping on Motel mattress. I hope that now that they will rebuild it. It might help them to get better. Not to mention dead RATS around the place.
