Nuit super dans ce charmant hotel. Upgrade au check in car il y avait une chambre de libre. Personnel super sympa. À deux pas de Berverly Hills, Rodéo drive etc.. je recommande cet endroit.

What a very strange experience. Tiny (European-like) room. No remote control for the TV in the room but came in late so didn't bother asking for one. Place was musty- damp. Bathroom was clean with great fixtures, but furniture in general looked a bit like it was picked up at a garage sale. Receptionist was terrific and went out of her way to show me parking.

The staff, location and price were great but the carpet was nasty throughout the hotel and in the room and made the hotel feel run down.

Luckily I’ve stayed at this place before so knew what to expect but clearly Maison’s best days are behind it. The air conditioning units were grimy and outdated and the carpet in the hallways atrocious but the price was right especially for the location and it’s easy to park.

Stayed there for my Christmas,the deposit takes more than 2 weeks to return my back , When I was check in the long hair guy was unfriendly I don’t like him , and the second day when I asked the receptionist for bottle of water and he said will send it to my room when he ( the chubby guy )was standing in front of my room and he touched his dick in front of me ….

Meh. Great area but poorly designed hotel. Bathroom doesn’t have any shower bar or ways to hang towels. AC is loud and needs the filter changed. Bed is not that comfortable.

A experiência foi completamente terrível começando pelo recepcionista, um senhor oriental que foi extremamente grosseiro e arrogante, mesmo estando eu acompanhada de uma criança de 4 anos. Eu já estava com toda a hospedagem paga antecipadamente e ainda sim ele me fez esperar quase 40 min pelo check-in Em momento algum ele ofereceu ajuda com as bagagens ou passou informações sobre a hospedagem (Wi-Fi, café da manhã, etc) Eu dei boa noite quando entrei e a primeira pergunta: preciso do seu cartão de crédito, antes mesmo de pedir documentos Foi grosseiro e deselegante, totalmente inverso ao que divulgam sobre o hotel, um hotel elegante próximo a rodeo drive As instalações são velhas, ar condicionado barulhento, e toda a estrutura precisando de uma manutenção urgente Tecidos rasgados, toalhas ásperas, quarto cheirando ruim, hóspedes estranhos… enfim uma experiência bem decepcionante E como não bastasse no checkout um novo recepcionista, um outro homem mais jovem também despreparado que me deixou aguardando outros 30 min porque parou meu processo no meio para dar atenção a uma outra hóspede que havia perdido a chave Quando perguntei sobre o valor da minha conta e quanto deveriam estornar (pois eles pedem U$ 200,00 de caução) ele disse que era para eu abrir e-mail que estava tudo lá… não quis nem Ter o trabalho de imprimir meu invoice. Terrível e lamentável. A única pessoa que foi pro-ativa e simpática foi uma senhora que estava em uma manhã na recepção .

This is a great little hotel in the middle of Beverly Hills-I've stayed often because they didn't charge for parking, so it made the hotel a real steal. Now they charge $45 per night extra for parking, which makes the price the same as something more modern and with more amenities. Additionally, the staff is beyond arrogant and sour-morning, noon and night. Not going back.
