PROS: Had a great experience from the moment we arrived!
We had 2 car seats, 1 stroller, 2 backpacks and 1 large suitcase. Andre, the doorman immediately came out with a trolley and helped us load it up while we wwre trying to get the kids sorted and as we were checking in he stayed close by to hear what room we were in so he can walk a head and took our luggage up. Once we got up to our room, Tracy had just finished preparing it (checked in at 10am) and offered us extra towels. She had also over heard us noticing we needed to request a crib and she took it upon herself to have one sent up. Wonderful genuinely friendly service.
The room and bathroom were spacious.
Right beside an outlet centre, 5 min walk from the aquarium, 15min walk from Vons, clean safe area.
CONS: lighting in the room was a bit dim for such a spacious room, the constant loud revving from cars.
Summary: would stay here again!
