Good ice machine. Refrigerator with small freezer and microwave in room. Heater worked fine. Sparse bedding and carpet, but pleasant outdoor sitting area on grass. No food on site, except robust vending machines. No real area to walk to except Arco across the street, probably 15 min. Walk each way.

We stayed there one night. Receptionist was nice, room was clean, and it had what we needed. Bed, tv, and bathroom. It was convenient.

Nice hotel, a little aged. It was nice in my room, kind of like staying at my grandparents place. Very thin walls, you can here everything from outside like it was right in your room. That was the only issue I had, the room was very well insulated to block any noise from people walking by or the noise from next door neighbors or the walkway upstairs and the people upstairs. This hotel needs serious insulation upgrade to block out noise. But when it was quite, it was very comfortable. I definitely got what I paid for. And I did like the late check out time, you didn't have to wake up early to rush out. I just wish I could of slept in to enjoy the noon check out, but you wake up with everyone else being up and out early with all their noise. Friendly staff at the front desk.

This place is not what it is made out to be. If you like something cheap, dirty, smelly, and looks like dungeon, then this is the place for you! You get what you pay for, and believe me, it’s not good.

The carpet couldn’t have been vacuumed in months, the bottoms of my feet kept getting blackened with dirt just from walking around the room no matter how many times i rinsed them off.

I reserved through Expedia and I entered the wrong date. I needed a reservation for Nov 25th. I immediately tried to correct and it was impossible. I was charged for a day that I did not stay at this hotel, nevertheless I am not happy. I will be deleting my Expedia app and will never make reservations through them. I am still without a reservation for November 25th

However, no concerns were brought to our attention during the 4 days you stayed with us, not even upon checking out of the hotel? Your only request was to have a pool facing room in which we accommodated you and moved you to a ground floor pool facing room. Our staff work very hard to consistently provide quality service to our guest and make every effort to accommodate their needs.

Room was stinky found a dirty suck and hair tie under need bed. Remote control didn't work and half of the furniture there was broken. Beds were hard as a rock. I took my own blanket so we didn't even had to cover our self with the bedding. Over all room was not clean, rooms don't have fridge or microwave. The patio area look good nice to sit and have coffee. Although based on how dirty the hotel looked I would not try to make coffee there. Staff at the front desk were nice and fast at providing service. It was an easy check in and out.
