Nice hotel Great location shopping and restaurants

My trip brought me back to my old neighborhood. I liked the hotel especially the kitchen as i was mainly trying to cut expenses. There are many nice restaurants i have eaten at, All are good and can accommodate any budget. Hotel was comfortable, Clean and the staff was friendly. Kitchen was not stocked however any cooking utensils were brought to the room at my request. There was no daily maid service but again just ask if they're needed. Beach and Redondo beach pier is 2 miles away.

Was a nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay but we're disappointed by breakfast ( only oatmeal and bars ) kids wanted real food ... Other then that it was great :)

Les + : デルアモファッションセンター、ウォルマート、トイザラス、SEIWA(日本食のスーパー)が徒歩圏内なことと、自炊できること。自分の家のような感覚で泊まれます。日本のテレビチャンネルもあります。私がみたときは、NHKとマツコの知らない世界がやっていました。無料Wifiもあります。
Les - : コインランドリーが高いです。洗濯2ドル、乾燥2ドルはこのレベルのホテルにしては高いかと。 部屋で料理する人が多く、廊下が色んなニオイで充満しています。もう少し換気に気を遣って欲しいです。 フロントに人がいないことが多いです。従業員同士のおしゃべりで客が待たされることもざらにあります
Situation : タクシーで空港から約30分、アナハイムディズニーまで約50分、サンタモニカまで約1時間くらいです。 ここに泊まる理由はデルアモファッションセンター(徒歩10分)とウォルマート(徒歩5分)に行くためです。他へのアクセスは相当悪いので、その2箇所に絞れる方には最高のロケーションです。
2回目の利用です。ここは、普通のタイプのホテルというよりは、アパートメントタイプの借り部屋です。滞在中はハウスキーピングもないしタオルも新しいのもと替えたいときはフロントに行くような感じです。なので、普通のホテルだと思って滞在するとガッカリするかもしれません。荷物を運んでくれる人もいないし、ロビーはない(入ったらすぐフロントとエレベーター)ので本当にアパートのようです。セキュリティ面では普通のホテルより不安がありますが、立地的にそこまで危険な区域ではないです。ただ女性が一人で泊まるのはお勧めしません。観光客が多く宿泊するよりは、現地の方がビジネスで使ったり、現地の若者が週末パーティーしたくて借りたりするのが多いのではないかと思います。料金の割に部屋は綺麗だし、冷蔵庫、レンジ、キッチン台、台所シンクも清潔です。バスルームは汚くはないけど微妙です。シャワーの水圧はちょっと弱いです。備え付けのドライヤーが壊れていたのでフロントで借りました。朝食は無料です。コーヒーとスナックバー、オートミール、フルーツくらいです。部屋は寝るためだけで、ホテルらしいサービスを期待しないなら本当にいいホテルだと思います。中堅クラスのホテルに泊まって中途半端なサービスや感じの悪い対応をされるくらいなら、これくらい割り切って泊まれるホテルのほうが私は好きです。そのときの部屋の準備具合によりますが、チェックインが15時で私がホテルに着いたのが12時でした。スーツケースだけ預けて買い物に出ようと思って聞いてみたら、部屋の準備が整っていればすぐチェックインしてもいいとのことでした。ルール外のことですが、このくらい柔軟な対応もしてくれます。従業員同士のおしゃべりで待たされることもありますが、ゲストに対してフレンドリーで堅苦しい対応はありません。従業員側も過剰なサービスはしません。 また、私がここを利用したのは、デルアモファッションセンター、ウォルマート、トイザラスに近いことが唯一の利用目的です。買い物してホテルまで戻る、また買い物に出るということができる距離です。夜も9時頃まで出歩けます。車がないと物が運べないことが多いアメリカで旅行者にとってこの立地は大きな利点だと思います。

There were several weird food smells. Pot odor in the stairwell was gagging. Had a hard time with the smells.

I often use ESA whenever we stay at Torrance. This hotel was comfortable with a surprise. It was that I could watch TV Japan in my room !

We pulled in and there were two police cars

Finding two police cars in front of the office when we pulled in was disconcerting. I don't know that that was the hotels problem but it didn't start that day off well. The hallways were very dirty, those are really dirty pieces of dirt. Sure had mold growing along the top edge, I thought it was some kind of cocky, but I touched it and it was mold. I don't know how someone cleaning the place wouldn't have seen it. I think it's ridiculous to charge for pots and pans when you have a kitchen. Other than that the room was OK.

Lobby and Security

Lobby closes at 12am and check in is difficult. There is not any security for the facility. Housekeeping is not consistant. Customer Service is not very good. But we get what we pay for!

Situation : やはり車が無けりゃ生き残れない。
喫煙可との条件で珍しくヒットした宿。 その他の条件はWeb上では確認していなかった。 長期滞在用として一泊$100以上。 部屋の掃除は一週間に一度。 タオル、シャンプー、石鹸は必要に応じて、自分でフロントへ貰いに行く。 標準でキッチン用品は何も無し。(これもフロントで聞くらしい)。 アメリカ標準のコーヒー・メーカーすら無い。 恐らく、借りても(有料・無料も不明)、コーヒー自体は自己張達でしょう。 値段考えたら、絶対ススメられない物件です。 二度と泊らない。(業務・個人旅行共に) これで、$50なら考えてもいいけど、$100超は信じられない。 この現状はトップ項目として、Webページに掲示すべき!!!!!

A good location for business,

Les - : The service is not good. My room has a broken hair dryer, and they can not repair it during my stay.
Situation : De Lamore Shopping Mall,
It is easy to find out the location. The hotel is in a very quiet area, and it is easy for me to visit customers in Los Angeles.
