Globalement le séjour s’est bien passé. Les points négatifs le personnel ne parle que anglais et ne fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre lorsqu’on est étranger. Aucune information sur le restaurant. Il y avait un problème d’ascenseurs et cela générait beaucoup d’attente. Les portes sont usées. Points positifs : la chambre correspondait au descriptif et aux photos lors de la réservation.

Its a busy hotel. Breakfast is very popular even early hours. Rooms are large and fresh. Only issue is the water pressure in shower which was not the best.

El hotel esta limpio y las habitaciones remodeladas, sin embargo tienen problemas con los baños, nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque se rompió un tubo y no había agua, y en la segunda habitación en la regadera no salia bien el agua, a demás de que el desagüe de la regadera es muy lento y se llena de agua.

Fantastic family friendly hotel! Kids had a great time. Very good breakfast. Edgeware Station next door and Paddington walking distance which is great for Heathrow Express. Only issue for me was the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough on the lowest setting...resulting in sleeping with no duvet

Very bad experience , I checked out and gave them my luggage for storage , and surprisingly, when the taxi arrived to take me to airport , they discovered that one of my suitcases was lost , the way they handled the situation was very stressful. One of the consiege staff even shouted at me , I had to travel without my suitcases which included valuable stuff

The location was great. Easy access to metro stations. Not much in the area that we were interested for food choices. A lot of middle eastern food if you like that. As for the hotel. Common areas were beautiful. As is other reviews the west tower is in desperate need for update. The hallways were not Hilton standard to me. The room however was clean, comfortable, and extremely large!! We chose the hotel for the room size as we had 4 people and wanted the space as we had a 10 night stay.

The room was comfortable and quiet but the breakfast was definitely not worth the money. It was over crowded and unpleasant. I had to shuffle through line-up at every counter.

The hotel took our money for Breakfast and did not provide the Breakfast on check-out day. We asked them on 21 December about To go pack for 22 December check out day . and the hotel reception confirmed it will be ready but when we went for check out, reception told us that they did not have information. Still did not receive the receipt of the payment.

We had a lovely stay
The hotel has a lovely feel and was dressed for Christmas. The staff were helpfull and friendly and the room was clean. A bonus when we got to the hotel to leave our bags whilst we went shopping at 11am the room was ready!!
