Very good option for London!
Great hotel! I took a single room which was not big (but it was clear at the moment of booking thanks to the pictures) but freshly renovated and comfortable. The environment is pleasant (quiet street and the hotel faces a park) and Hyde Park is 4 mn walk. Good connection to the London transport system too (bus and tube). Breakfast is ok (many industrial product but many options) and I liked that you can buy eggs for a xheap price if you want more. Globally speaking, a very good address to stay in London.

Bien mais ménage à revoir.
Séjour globalement bon, il a été tenu compte de ma demande d’être en étage élevé. Calme et literie correcte. Le bémol concerne le nettoyage de la chambre, fait à la va-vite et la salle de bain a été oubliée deux fois! Petit déjeuner buffet bon.

Quelques jours à Londres. Accueil efficace. Chambre exécutive, spacieuse avec un espace bureau dédié. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien. L’hôtel manque un peu de charme et d’ambiance mais c’est propre, au calme et confortable (un lit un peu plus douillet serait idéal). A proximité de station de métro, plein de restaurants et de Paddington

HÔTEL DE CHARME
« Phoenix Hôtel » que je qualifierai comme un hôtel central de charme par sa bâtisse vous plaira énormément, il possède des chambres neuves, très fonctionnelles et très propres, petit plus : thé, chocolat, café à votre disposition, avec petits gâteaux différents chaque jour comme les fameux Digestive biscuits. Un bon petit déjeuner continental y est inclus. Le personnel de nuit est très sympa et à votre service comme celui du jour également. L’hôtel se situe proche des métros Bayswater et Queensway approximativement 5 minutes à pied. J’apprécie vraiment leur réactivité : ayant laissé mon chargeur de portable dans ma chambre, il me fut directement renvoyé à mon domicile contre signature, un geste fort appréciable de leur part. N’hésitez surtout pas à faire escale chez eux.

Voor de vierde keer in het Phoenix hotel. Altijd goed. Het is een basis hotel, maar meer heb ik niet nodig. Helaas deze keer wel luidruchtige buren en ik vond de temperatuur in het hotel overal behoorlijk hoog. Maar echt wel een aanrader.

I travel a lot to London for my work and have stayed in many 3 or 4 star Hotels in London. Phoenix hotel should be a one or max 2 star hotel. My first room was quite small, no air-con, dirty and old carpets. then the electricity in my room filed completely. Tried to call reception for 30 min, but I got busy tone all the time. I went down and they changed my room. The new room was also very small. In the toilet, I had to turn 180 degrees to reach the toilet paper because the space was very tiny to install the paper holder closer. No air-con. No anti slip mat for the bathtub. The wardrobe was too narrow that I could hang my short and jeans. I had to hang my coat somewhere outside. No hot breakfast and extremely busy breakfast area. With the same price I could have been in much better hotels.

Although I had confirmed that I would simply stay in a hotel room with a twin bed, I found the room, and the bathroom, so small/tight, it was uncomfortable. In the future I would book a double bed.

Nice hotel. Wish it had AC and bigger beds, needs an upgrade. But clean and nice staff and around a lot of places to eat and shop.

Ruhig gelegen 24 std Rezeption, direkte Nachbarschaft Restaurants alle Nationalitäten: persisch indisch Österreich Italienisch etc zu Fuß zu 2 u Bahn Stationen und in ein paar Minuten im Park, Zimmer klein aber alles da was man braucht

I had a lovely stay here! Although my single room was quite small and for some reason had a high temperature inside, it was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable! The breakfast was just enough, not too big but had everything necessary. Also the employees were very kind and I had no issues at all during my stay here.
