Very good overall
Hôtel relativement central et bien placé vis à vis du centre. A 15min à pieds de tout. Literie confortable, chambres propres. Juste dommage de n’avoir qu’un seul lavabo dans une chambre avec double lits King. C’est la seule remarque que je peux avoir, le reste était impeccable.

Tres bon hotel
Tres bien situé sur la Piccadilly line , 5 mn à pied de Covent Garden. Personnel au top. Magnifique piscine et espace spa Grande chambre avec thé , café, bouilloire et caferière Nespresso. Point négatif Salle de bain minuscule et femmes de chambresne parlent pas anglais , baclent le ménage et très bruyantes à 8h du matin.

Quite disappointing
Check-in was not very smooth. Card terminal issue and the amount that was supposed to be the deposit was actually charged. Then bigger issue on the following day of the check-in. While in the bathroom someone got into my room. I thought it was the cleaning staff. But actually it was a customer that was given the same room. The worst about this is the fact that despite my question to two staff, nobody ever came back to me to explain how it is possible. Nobody apologize neither !!! During my staff I had to ask 3 times for the renewal of the door key card. I complained kindly. The front desk staff said they would come to check the door and let me know what was going on. Once again never heard about them.. I stayed 6 nights, and not a single time the carpet was vacuumed. In the bathroom no possibility to keep the same towel for at least few days in order to reduce water consumption For the check out, I asked the invoice which was not even proposed by the staff. And realized that I had been charged 10£ for an umbrella that I borrowed but brought back. The minimum before charging it would be at least to ask the customer about it to see if it was properly brought back or left in the room. Several details lacking professionalism

Joli design mais prestation décevante
Chambre spacieuse et design, mais absurdement mal agencée (pas de lampes de chevet, armoire très petite avec juste quelques cintres mais pas d’étagères, pas de prise pour le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bains, …). Ménage mal fait (chambre très poussiéreuse, poils traînant partout). Personnel assez peu accueillant, voire désagréable (la réceptionniste m’appelle à 11 heures pour me dire de quitter la chambre alors que le site web indique que le checkout est à midi). Spa sympa avec grande piscine et salle de gym bien équipée, mais là aussi, on a l’impression de déranger le personnel.

Nul pour un 5 étoiles le bar ferme à 23 h mais à 22h30 il refuse déjà les clients. Le service pour faire bref je n’ai jamais connue aussi médiocre je pense que le mieux serait de virer tous le staff et de prendre du personnel qualifié qui a la fonction sourire et être juste aimable. L hôtel pour lui a été rénover mais je pense que l’on peut mieux faire en prenant de vrai architecte impossible d’entrer dans la salle d’eau sans être contorsionniste avec un manque de propreté à tout les niveaux, le personnel qui s’occupe du ménage on un manque de rigueur ( ménage bâcler, manque constamment de linge de bain et personne ne décroche à la réception) bref ne vos pas le tarif et encore moins les 5 étoiles

Amazing location and friendly staff. Arrived way earlier than check in time but they were able to get us in our room no fuss. Easy walk from Euston station and central to everything. Only issue was with the shower as it was weak pressure and very slow to warm up. Would stay again!

Room was superb and the bed was really comfy, unlike some hotels where the mattress is overly hard or bumpy. Central location and easy walking distance of many of the attractions and theatres.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Fußläufig sind Geschäfte und U Bahn erreichbar. Soho ist einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Das Personal ist insgesamt freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Service im Restaurant beim Frühstück war super, einzig das Housekeeping lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Unser Zimmer im 8 Stock wurde nur einmal vor 4 Uhr mittags gereinigt. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel dennoch sehr empfehlen.

The hotel is in a convenient and central location. It was one of the few properties in the area with two beds to accommodate a family of four. Although the room was on a small side - to be expected in London. It was a good option for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers convenient proximity to some good restaurants and easy access to public transportation. It’s an ideal base for exploring Soho’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene. I didn’t interact with from desk, as the Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, although I didn’t need much assistance from the front desk. , the lobby staff, particularly Lorena, provided excellent service during our meal. However, the pillows were uncomfortable for my taste, and the bathroom in our specific room (513) was quite small—though I can’t speak for other rooms. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Tolles stylisches Hotel, schöne und für London große Zimmer sowie Bad. Hat eine gute Bar. Liegt perfekt, um alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen oder zu erlaufen, bspw. Covent Garden und Soho. An jeder Ecke sind gute Pub‘s. Tipp: Flughafen Heathrow lohnt sich der Express Zug nicht, da man direkt mit der U-Bahn Piccadilly Line zur Station Hohlborn kommt, die unmittelbar beim Hotel ist.

Great value. We loved the location for its walk ability to Covent Gardens and SOHO. Cute cafes nearby as well. The room was clean and sound proof from other guests. Some sirens go by so maybe bring earplugs. The bed was super comfortable. The amenities are great, have a pool and sauna plus a restaurant onsite. We were happy to have this as our home base while in London.

From the moment we arrived for my Mums 60th birthday we felt utterly spoilt! The staff on reception were so friendly. I’d only booked a standard room but it was HUGE and felt very luxurious. We were late checking out as I couldn’t find the ring and the housekeeper knocked - I as worried we get a telling off but she joined us helping to find it, stripping the bed to look for it. We found the ring and had a fantastic stay

Flashy styling and easy to find when we were out and about with the exterior hotel lighting pink/purple/blue. Two blocks from the Hollborn tube. Close to everything but slightly more calm neighborhood than some other tourist areas. We stayed there for 10 days, would stay there again.

The location was perfect for getting around the whole city! Very nice area. The hotel itself is trendy, clean, and safe. The room was very clean as well. We didn’t use the spa facilities but looked very nice. Rooftop was closed since it was the winter, but the lobby bar was always hopping and made very good martinis!
