Super !!
Le séjour a été super. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Nous avons passé un bon séjour , cependant, il est dommage qu'ils ne fournit pas de matelas bébé avec le lit bébé. Cela ne nous empechera pas de revenir. A bientot et merci à toute l'équipe !

Aucun service
L’appart nickel à l’arrivée, nous sommes restés 4 nuits pas un seul passage des femmes de ménage, pas une seule fois on nous a changé les draps ou les serviettes. Nous rentrions trop tard pour réclamer le service et partions tôt ils garantissaient que cela serait fait mais personne n’est jamais passé. L’appart est spacieux et le confort nécessaire s’y trouve rien à redire là dessus.

Personnel souriant et serviable. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car celle donnée ne nous convenait pas (adaptée PMR) et cela a été fait dans la foulée. Literie confortable et chambre propre. Arrêt de train en bas de l’hôtel ce qui est un plus car il faut 20 min pour rejoindre la gare de Paddington. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Ce que j'ai le plus aimé c'est que l'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport. Et ce que j'ai moins aimé c'est qu'il a fallut ouvrir plein de portes lors du transport de bagages entre l'ascenceur et notre chambre.

Un hôtel a 10min de Heathrow , l'hôtel se situe juste devant le métro , on peut y prendre le train en 20 min on arrive a la gare de Paddington ,Hayes est une ville cosmopolite , beaucoup de restaurant magasin ouvert même tard , l'hôtel est magnifique, très bon service, sourire des employés , la chambre très propre , cela fait la 6ieme fois que je réserve a staycity ,je le recommande

Odd smell throughout the Hotel. Parking staff not helpfull at all (mostly interested in taking pictures with their phones and being rude to customers). No coffee machine in the rooms and selling more expensive coffee at the restaurant compared to shops around...

We are very sorry to read of the issues that you faced in attempting to access our property by car. It is unfortunately the case that we are located on a private road owned by a third party company over which we have no control. This company employees a parking control organisation to monitor and direct traffic in the area, and it is occasionally the case that tickets are issued for those vehicles that violate the restrictions in place. That said, it is signposted in multiple places along the length of the street that no parking/drop-offs may take place outside of the marked short-stay bays. For the convenience of our guests, we ourselves rent two of these bays (which are signposted) for the exclusive use of our guests and taxis. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Pour ma part, j'ai eu un grand appartement, propre, balconnet, double vitrage (à souligner car peu fréquent sur les autres hôtels que nous avons faits). C'est sûr qu'on entend un peu les trains mais on peut pas tout avoir, donc pas un problème. On y reviendra avec plaisir.

établissement spacieux et bien aménagé.
Agréable séjour dans cette résidence bien aménagée, un personnel à l'écoute et souriant. Seul bémol : un peu loin mais la station de transport est devant l’hôte, mais le coût des transports est très cher, soit 18 livres par jour.

Bon séjour dans ce stay city, situé. A 50 minutes en train du centre-ville de londre c'est tout de même une bonne distance mais la station de train est tout à côté et on rarement attendue plus de 10 minutes ce qui est excellent toutefois l'aller-retour durant une s Maine complète nous as coûté près de 150.00$ .Notre appartement était tout de même propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour la semaine. Le personnel à la réception sont très gentils et serviables
