Excellent accueil en Français avec Beldine
J'ai reçu un super accueil en Français avec Beldine la réceptionniste. Nous avons été surclassé et notre enregistrement a été ultra rapide. Nous avons à faire ici à de véritable professionnels de la réception client. Bravo. L'hotel est top : chambres, T.V. Wifi et bon petit-déjeuner.

Parfait
Parfait, très bon quartier, très proches des transport 5 min a pied de la gare de train, très facilement accessible a Londres environ 20 min, a 25 min entrain de l'aéroport de Gatwick. Rien a dire pour la propreté, avec un restaurant et bar au rez-de-chaussée. Pas de bruit très bien isolé et ils viennent nettoyé la chambre tout les jours.

Pour un week-end de Bank Holiday, le service était excellent. Le personnel avenant et sympathique. Pas d’agitation dans l’établissement ou de bruit la nuit. Franchement, très agréable.

Not recommendable
Not a 4 star hotel. Furniture is old, stains, and the worst thing, toilet was almost unusable. Flushing did not work properly, all in all, negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was freezing cold. Couldn’t sit in the bar as it was so cold. I asked for a portable heater 3 times but was told that there wasn’t any available. I was also unable to shower as it pointed straight down to the drain so couldn’t stand underneath When I asked why there wasn’t any SOOO in the room I was told they were out of stock.

Clean and comfortable but poor attitude
Overall the quality of the hotel was fine, room was in good condition and breakfast quality good. The reception staff however were disinterested and unhelpful. On arrival I was waiting behind a lady who I thought was a disgruntled staff member remonstrating with the two receptionists. Only when another staff member approached reception and saw me waiting did he then point out to the staff I was there and it transpired all of the people at reception were employees they had just opted to make me wait whilst they continued their argument/conversation.

Et okay hotel. Rent på værelset. Okay morgenmad men de kunne ikke følge med hvis der blev travlt. Der var ventetid på de fleste ting, og når de fyldte op var der alt for lidt og der var tomt igen efter 1 min. De kom seriøst med 7 skiver ost og 3 halve stykker brie.

The hotel its self was lovley. The women who checked us in i found very rude! Other staff were friendly and nice. My room was clean apart from blood on the sheet of the single bed and the coffee cup not been clean.. when i went to reception to let them no there was no one about. Same for check out no one was about.

Fantastic hotel
It’s the third time we have stayed at the hotel every thing about the hotel is fantastic bar the breakfast!! It’s never been hot … but that will not stop us from staying there we may not have breakfast due to there being a Co-op being a short distance up the road. I must say the staff on the front desk were brilliant they are a credit to you well done.

Convenient chain in Croydon
Great chain hotel, very convenient for Croydon. East Croydon is within easy reach, allowing easy travel into London. Solid breakfast, if included in your booking - if not then there are plenty of good options nearby. My only complaints were that the room (4th floor) was a bit dark - there are no lights in the main part of the room. And also BBC1 had no sound on the TV - the only channel with this problem, but a bit strange. Beyond this, highly recommended.

War sehr gut mit Öffentlichen erreichbar. Bist in 20 min in London.Freundliches Personal, Frühstück ausreichend ausser am Wochenende obwohl das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr ist werden die Sachen nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Im Zimmer war es leider zu kalt, die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.
