First and foremost, we apologize for the window not closing properly in your room, we understand how uncomfortable it must have been, especially considering the cold weather. Our heating system is eco friendly, which causes for it to go automatically to energy saving mode during the night. Regards the other mentioned issues via cleanliness and TV turning on by itself - rest assure we have passed on these comments to our rightful departments, to investigate the matter further.Please rest assured that we are diligently working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible to prevent any further inconvenience to our guests.
