Très bonne localisation de l'hôtel
Séjour en famille avec deux ados, l'hôtel très bien situé avec la station de métro et de bus à quelques pas, le quartier calme et sécurisant, la chambre familiale pas très spacieuse avec peu de rangement, la literie bonne et propre, salle de bain vieillotte, petit déjeuner varié, personnel accueillant et au service du client.

À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête et la gérante nous a donner accès au salon VIP afin d’attendre jusy15h00 me disait-on. Nous avons attendus jusqu’à 15h45 et personne à la réception n’était capable de nous dire ce qui se passait ni combien de temps ça prendrait. Heureusement la gérante est encore une fois intervenue pour nous aider. Elle est allée elle-même voir l’équipe de ménage pour s’assurer que la chambre serait prête et à son retour elle s’est excusée et nous a donner accès au salon VIP pour la durée de notre séjour pour nous compenser. Vraiment un service hors pair de cette dame mais je dois dire que le reste du personnel en place ce jour là était inefficace.

Chambre confortable (bons lits) mais peu de rangement pour 4 personnes. Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix mais pas autant que dans d'autres Double Tree où nous avons séjourné. Personnel attentif.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité du métro Glocester Road et de la ligne de bus 74 située à 2 pas de l’hôtel. Nous étions 4 voyageurs français (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) avec une grande chambre en duplex. Tout était parfait. Propreté, accueil. Le personnel très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage.

Fantastic location in the heart of London
The hotel has a very central location. It was very closed to several well-known museums (V&A, Science, National History Museums..) and the Royal Albert Hall. Very family-friendly, reasonable cost. The restaurant proposition was not exceptional but acceptable. We would recommand this.

Quant au service il est pitoyable : obligé de demander 3 fois pour avoir un peu de ménage et on nous a demandé 10 pounds pour garder nos valises l'après-midi (et encore après négociation...). We stayed in room 428 and next to us was a private store room. We were rudely waken up at 6am by staff taking something and being very noisy. It sounded like the cleaning trolleys for staff to clean rooms. We could not get back to sleep and I must say it ruined our stay. We came to London to see a show and ended up not getting much sleep. I mentioned it to the receptionist when checking out Saturday morning she was not helpful at all. Her response was speak to Expedia, who we made the booking with.

To be honest I saw the reviews before I book I felt not comfortable however , I boooked three nights and the hotel was amazing the bed and the air conditioning and even the staff and especially (Zain ) . The location of the hotel is perfect and a lot of restaurants around it . In the end PERFECT !

My family and I stayed at Doubletree London Kensington from Jan 2 to Jan 5 2024. The overall experience was AMAZING! The hotel is very conveniently located, in a ver posh areas, surrounded by Embassies and nice Victorian buildings. It is close to the Museum mile. The continental Breakfast is delicious, especially the scrambled eggs and hash browns. Rooms are ok, nothing special (they should include a fridge).The service is very friendly and do their best to meet your needs, especially WAJIA and ZAIN. We are so grateful to them!We definitely want to come back!

5min walknto the natural history museum. 10min walk to south kensington underground. A few nice restaurants dotted around and a waitrose opposite for any forgotten items or little treats. Other guests were exceptionally noisy but you cant escape that in a busy hotel. Breakfast was good, pancake machine a big hit with kids. Checked in at 4 and it was chaotic with so many othwr guests also checking in and it seemed like many rooms were not ready. Our room was and it was exactly what was advertised and booked. Clean and perfect for a one night stop.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell
Perfekt boende för familjen. Läget vid Gloucester Road är fantastiskt och hotellet med dess rymliga rum, trevliga personal och fina service uppskattades verkligen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Not good
They were not accommodating with respect to the shorter stay (I had to check out a few days earlier). They would also not change my check in and chk out dates despite having a travel issue where we could not make to to town on time. All this during Christmas. When we arrived our room had dirty towels. They changed the room but were not accommodating with anything else. I would not go back.

위치가 런던시내 및 관광지 방문하기 좋았습니다. 하지만, 두 가지 부분이 아쉽네요. 1) WiFi 연결이 잘 끊어집니다. 휴대폰에서 재접속을 수시로 해야 됬습니다. 2) 숙소에 냉장고가 없습니다. 시원한 물을 먹기 어렵습니다. 그 외에는 만족스러운 가족 여행이었습니다.

This is not what I expected from DoubleTree! Worst
Only good thing I can mention is the Bathroom: Clean and well maintained. And in good location. We checked in 6pm, From the outside door to our room and inside room floor is littered with food. Didn't seems like vacuumed well. Carpet is falling off and dirty! Room Window will not close properly, cold comes through... To make things worst, Heating automatically went to 23c at some time during night and it was unbearable to sleep! on "Both nights" and the TV turned on midnight. We informed staff, only thing they were able to say was Sorry! that should not happen!...
