Havre de paix et décor parfait
Autant aller doit au but, je voyage régulièrement et j'ai séjourné dans des dizaines d'hôtels, le Jivana est le plus bel hôtel que j'ai jamais vu. Une propreté absolue, de la verdure partout, une piscine magnifique. Le spectacle des carpes Koï devant la terrasse de la chambre est fascinant et en complément on peut apprécier la visite des tortues ou des pintades de l'hôtel. Personnel très serviable et extrêmement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner à choisir sur le menu est assez complet et très bon. J'ai essayé plusieurs options et je n'ai pas été déçu. ca manque un peu de choix pour les carnivores. L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue très calme à proximité de la rue principale qui regorge de bars, restaurants et boutiques en tous genres. L'hôtel propose des scooters à la location mais les petits modèles sont dans un état déplorable. On a opté pour le Nmax, un peu plus cher mais tout neuf et plus confortable, surtout à 2. Le seul point négatif pour moi, un wifi d'un autre temps, quasi inexistant par moment. A améliorer rapidement! Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%

Un havre de paix
Sublime resort, vachement plus grand en vrai que sur les photos. Staff réactif et à l’écoute. Lit d’un confort sans égal. Chambre spacieuse. Positionnement parfait : tres central, proche de tous les bons restaurants et plages, tout en étant dans une ruelle silencieuse. Ainsi, on a tout à côté et le luxe du calme tout au long du séjour. Je tiens également à mentionner la très belle végétation de l’hôtel et son excellent entretien. Le personnel fait du très bon travail. Très belle addition du koï pond. Je recommande les yeux fermés!!! Mention spéciale pour Yuli, qui m’a massée pendant 2h30 et qui a miraculeusement su faire disparaître mes forts maux de dos pendant quelques jours. Tres bonne humeur et rigueur dans son travail. N’hésitez pas à la demander pour vos soins. Quelques remarques : le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes créées par le resort dans son ensemble. Pas énormément de choix, pas de pommes de terre, pas de céréales, pas de viande sans porc à l’exception du poulet du nasi goreng etc. Les œufs étaient toujours pas suffisamment cuits, ce qui causait une odeur tres désagréable et coupait carrément l’appétit. Le restaurant de manière générale fut une déception, à n’importe quel repas de la journée, et les plats n’étaient certainement pas à la hauteur des prix fixés. Le wifi est loin d’être le meilleur que nous avons pu avoir en indonésie, ce qui est frustrant quand on voit l’envergure du resort.

Will Stay Again When in the Area
Very nice and relaxing four-night stay for a family of three. One of the best things for us was to see lots of friendly and helpful local staff working here. The breakfast was very good. The premises were clean, calm and relaxing. The location is fairly central to the area.

What a fantastic place!. From the moment we got there, we felt at home. One the best and most friendly staff we've ever encountered. The place is gorgeous, lush plants and trees, beautiful Koi ponds and cute turtles. They have a very nice pool with sand and a pool bar, but we rented a villa with our own pool. Oh, it was wonderful!!. Loved our big villa!! It has everything!, fridge, stove, sofa...it was perfect!. The breakfast was delicious and we even got food to feed the Koi fish. I so recommend this resort!. From the friendly staff to every single amenity, everything was top notch!. 👏👏👏👏 Perfect stay!.

an amazing place that is run by Australian owner who is always around for suggestions and help.Its got to be the nicest place in Kuta and actually Lombok.Staff is amazing and the Breakfast is 1st rate.Its very hard for me to go back to Canguu. 10 out of 10

Hotel più bello della mia vita
Hotel con estetica superlativa, tacchini liberi di scorrazzare in giardino e carpe nel laghetto davanti al ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e lussuosa. La nostra camera era una villa semiaperta con piscina privata, piante tropicali ovunque, camera da letto con tetto in legno e bagno e doccia all'aperto. Our stay at Jivana Resort in March was amazing. We had a one bedroom villa and it was just blissful and super quiet, just what we needed. The bed was super comfy. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very friendly and breakfast was delicious everyday. We didn’t see anyone eating there at night. Only negative would be that the water from the shower, bathroom and kitchen had a bit of a stench which was very off putting during a shower. Overall our stay was amazing. The grounds are kept immaculately and it’s just beautiful walking through.

Quiet place, a littl bit far
Location was a bit far if you wanted to go to shopping in Mataram (1hr). Not good breakfast options for us and specifically not for several days. We traveled during the rainseason, so there was very well space at the pool. Peaceful and quiet. Clean. Very slippery floor outside (in the lobby, restaurant, in front of every room) if it’s wet!

The true meaning of a restful vacation
The experience when entering into Jivana Resort is everything you hoped it to be when booking. All staff at Jivana Resort are extremely polite, hospitable, professional and extremely thoughtful. Adrian and the management team are always very hospitable and were available to make your stay memorable. I personally sent emails to confirm transfers and to notify the management of Jivana Resort that our flight had been delayed and within minutes I received a response of acknowledgement which was pleasing to receive. The poolside villas are lovely, and the King bed is of great quality ensuring a good sleep! The facility was maintained at a very high standard and the pool area, restaurant and common area were impeccable. Jivana Resort is certainly the place to stay in the South Lombok (Kuta) region! We loved this place. The rooms were lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the whole room was super comfortable and spacious with a huge outdoor bathroom. It’s in a great location. The staff were fantastic and the breakfasts very delicious. We found the pool to be too hot (an Indonesian/humid climate thing?) and the wifi was no good. And yet I’m still giving it a 5 because it’s just that nice and very affordable. Even the linens were excellent.

Very good!
This was our third time here, we have been living on part time in Lombok since many years and sometimes we take a mini holiday away from every day life. This place is just great in every aspect; very nice staff, good food, great pool area. But the best part are the extremely comfortable beds, pillows and sheets! Makes you want to really relax. We have stayed in several other hotels in Kuta and none of them is even close to this when it comes to comfort and service. We will be back for sure!

Shower room and toilet is totally outside Feel weird to shower, and shower head was broken , water came out badly. Requested to reception, but nothing changed . Sink drain is bad , once you use water for 30 seconds after you should stop water for a while to let water out of from sink. There is spa in room massage. I did 75 mins massage plus 10 mins free massage Massage lady prepare thing in the room for 20 mins After i signed on the board , i put time 20:40 pm And she finished massage 21;40 pm I asked her is it 60 mins massage or 85 mins massage. She said that my booking was 20:20 pm Then is it no problem? You prepared thing to do massage in the room for 20 mins , is it all included in the massage time..? More funny thing , when i talked like that, she said will give 25% discount, i dont want to get deal with her, but she forced me to sign on the bill, i just took bill and went to reception to complain, receptionist said will check Next day , their answer is same , they will give 25% discount, thats it. There is no customer service at all. This spa price 21% additional for tax. And massage lady didnt wash my feet just touch directly with oil, and touch all my body with same hands. I just arrived and was very tired so asked to get massage immediately, can u guess how i felt dirty, I refused her to touch my face and hair. It was terrible my spa experience ever ..

Nette en goede accommodatie gelegen op een ideale plek nabij restaurants en bars in Kuta. De kamers zijn net evenals de badkamer en de faciliteiten in het resort. Ter verbetering is het bedlinnen en de handdoeken (badkamer en zwembad) welke smoezelig overkomen. Dit is overigens bij meerdere resorts in Lombok zo, wat mogelijk een standaard betreft. Het resort is zeker een aanrader bij een verblijf in Kuta, Lombok.

Bestes Hotel unserer Reise
Was für ein Paradies. Wunderschöne Anlage mit super Pool und trotzdem sehr zentral. Manager und Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Essen im Restaurant hervorragend (vorallem das Yellow Fin tuna steak). Kleine Abzüge gibt es bei der Regendusche und der doch sehr lauten Gebete durch die Lautsprecher. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Zum Abschluss hat der Manager sogar noch unseren 15 minütigen Weitertransport finanziert!

Beautiful, gardens, ponds and rooms.
Main Street restaurants are accessed by walking down a long unlit lane. I would think not a good idea for solo female travellers.

Not a place I would return to.
Lovely room and hotel grounds. Staff very helpful and friendly. The noise was the big problem the amplifiers pushed into distortion and so many times a day, not good. Lombok is a bit run down we searched for nice food on the street but came back to the hotel as the best food, tasty and well presented.

Our room was very spacious with very comfortable bed, large lounge area, huge outdoor bathroom and walk in robes but the best feature of this modern resort is the koi fish ponds. Every room has ponds surrounding the patio full of beautiful fish, very easy to just sit, relax and watch the fish

Best Hotel in Kuta Lombok
This place was amazing. We wandered around Kuta and checked out a couple places after an initial search online and were shocked at what an obvious choice this hotel is. The grounds are immaculately landscaped with pretty koi ponds around the rooms... its like a little oasis in the dusty area of kuta. The breakfast was the best we have had on our entire trip, delicious eggs benny, pancakes and key feature (cappuccino included)! My only feedback for improvement was that they used plastic bottles for providing water.... a lot of other hotels have started using a refillable jug to cut down on plastic waste.

We had a very pleasant two weeks stay in Jivana resort. The hotel has a paradise villa feeling and the staff was excelent. We loved real sand the pool. 😍 when you enter the hotel which is located in a walk distance from the central street and restaurants you wouldn’t believe to find a ”hidden” paradise villas there. I surely recommend the hotel for couples and families. 💎

Wonderful Stay at Jivana Resort
We had an amazing time at Jivana Resort. From the moment we arrived to our farewells the staff were all wonderful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything. The grounds were impeccably kept and the rooms super clean. I look forward to returning soon! PS the location was also fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the main road.

Superb tropical parkland
A really beautiful place, well thought out and spacious tropical gardens. Abundance of fantastic coi ponds. Outstanding pool with a real sand beach at one end. Restaurant meals are very nice, and reasonably priced. Need to keep the mosquito coils burning in the semi-outdoor bathroom/closet area, to keep them away.

Excellent location close to the best beaches in Lombok. Very enjoyable facilities with ample gardens and koi pools. Rooms are cozy and clean, bed is excellent. Very good food at the restaurant. Pool is very relaxing with a bar that runs happy hour until 7:00 Points to improve: Food selection at the restaurant is limited. Pricing is fair but having many restaurant options nearby one probably ends up eating out. Also, tourist information at the front desk is limited especially for maps showing points of interest. ( We picked up one map upon our arrival but it was not very informative) Externalities: Loud mosques are all around Kuta area so it's unfair to blame the resort. I guess is another tourist experience. Also, some dogs roam free all the way the access road. They are not aggressive but one who is afraid of them should be aware. Recommend you care a stick ( a selfie stick might work) to keep them at bay.
