We are located on a street with two other upscale hotels; multiple medical offices; and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission building—I would not say that we are in a “seedy” area of West Little Rock. Yes, you are correct in that the Motel 6 is sketchy. However, we have strict renting practices and strict security protocols in place to make sure the patrons from that property do not enter our property. Staff and guest safety is of utmost importance to me.I hope you will consider staying with us again as many repeat clientele do.Thank youManagement

I am glad you found our guestroom to be comfortable and accommodating.Please check your Expedia messages as the system is automatically programmed to send all Expedia reservations a message explaining this 75.00 incidentals hold. This is also clearly explained at the front desk prior to proceeding with the check-in. If at any point you do not agree, you are always welcome to not proceed and cancel your reservation with zero fees. Also, if you are ever still in doubt, always call the property directly to ask for any specific deposits--this is the best way. Many hotels are not upfront about extra deposits/incidentals and that is why most guests never even realize it was authorized--but we are very up front about it to avoid any surprises for the guest when seeing a "pending" authorization on their credit/debit card.Sir, this has absolutely nothing to do with "trusting" my clientele. This has everything to do with keeping my hotel safe and clean for all of my guests. As you stated, the guestroom was "fine for your purposes." Having specific rules and regulations in place is how we keep our hotel in great condition. If we had zero rules in place and rented to anyone and everyone; you would experience a much different hotel. You would have questionable clientele wandering around; filthy rooms; and unsafe conditions. I will not allow my hotel to become this.Guest and staff safety is of utmost importance to me. Dear Amanda,Thank you for acknowledging the cleanliness of your room during your stay at our hotel. We take great pride in providing a clean, safe room for all of our guests.Some of our PTAC units are unable to run on "constant fan" mode due to the humidity in Arkansas during the summer months. Running the fan at all times would make the rooms extremely "sticky" due to our high humidity conditions. The PTAC is functioning properly just like your central AC unit at home does--it shuts on and off as it reaches the desired temperature. When I entered your room at check out, it was set on 65. With the temperature gun; the unit was blowing cold air and the temperature in the middle of the room was 65. Our units go down to 61 or 60 degrees. Please take it down all the way to 60 if you'd like it cooler next time.We really appreciate your stay and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. You will see that all guests are extremely happy with our hotel no matter what time of year.Thank youManagement

Dear GuestI believe you confused our property with another. Every single room has brand new carpet in our hotel—all completed in the last few months. We also have new furniture; new sofas; new bedding; and new bathrooms. I am sorry if you felt this property is subpar but we work very hard to keep it clean and updated.
