Bon accueil, suite spacieuse et calme. Aménagement intérieur un peu triste à mon goût mais correct pour autant. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Une étape que l'on peut recommander.

This is a newer property. I love that they have tea and coffee at all hours. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast options were great. Definitely a positive experience.

Was a nonsmoking property, but smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Other then that was an enjoyable stay.

We do have a stiff penalty for such and a deep cleaning procedure we put in place. We're proud you had an enjoyable stay despite the odor and we hope to host you again!

My unique experience was their absolutely fantastic favorable coffee. The best I have ever tasted outside of my own. The staff was wonderful also.

We chose to stay here because it is pet friendly and we had our dog with us for the trip. We were impressed by how nice and clean the whole property is, including our room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay.

Great morning staff!
Night staff person was awful. Gave us our key cards with the room number and that was it. He didn’t give us any info on where to park, what door to use, no hotel info (location of fitness center or pool -which was locked up and water level was down). Morning was an entirely different vibe. Standard complimentary breakfast with a personable attendant. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. We asked about place we wanted to go that had a temporary location. One of the ladies had friends who worked there so she contacted them to get the most updated information. Rooms were clean and beds were okay. The morning staff definitely made the stay worthwhile.

Unfortunately your hotels.com reservation was made for 2 double beds, but I am happy to see our agents were able to switch that to the preferred room type immediately! While rates do fluctuate, our goal is to provide each guest with a great stay at a fair price. We are normally 20% below our closest competitors. We do regret your disappointment and I hope we can provide a better experience for you in the future. Thanks you for sharing your thoughts.

Driving cross country, after a long long day in the car with two kiddos, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds and pillows were! Usually hotel beds are somewhere on the spectrum of awful but the beds were so comfy. Hotel is clean, quiet and easy to find

Giving 5 stars for being true to listing, clean, furnishings in very good condition, with helpful staff. Location is convenient to several distilleries on the Bourbon trail. We had a one night stay while traveling through, so can't speak to restaurants or other nearby attractions, but we would stay again.

There were 2 adults in room. Travelled from NH and expected shampoo and soap dispensers so needed to go to Walmart for purchase. Other than that our stay was fine.
