Terrible! Vieil hotel avec du tapis sal. Vieille deco nous avion le penthouse 3 chambres et ce fut une grande deception. Douche et toilwtte qui deborde, aucune personne n’est venu réparer

Très décevante expérience…Suite vieillissante (canapé lit HS) . L emplacement parfait à quelques minutes seulement du Strip ne fait pas oublier le reste… Aurai vraiment besoin d un bon rafraîchissement

Hôtel bien situé et les parties communes sont bien entretenues toutefois le service est très décevant et pas au niveau des hôtels de catégorie similaire. Le ménage n'a pas été fait dans notre chambre le premier jour mais nous n'avons rien dis car nous sommes sortis de la chambre qu'en début d'après midi. Le 3e jour le ménage n'était toujours pas fais à 17h à notre retour. On nous a indiqué par téléphone que le service était effectué jusque 18h donc que c'était normal puis on nous a envoyé quelqu'un qui a fait le ménage pendant que nous sommes partis à la piscine mais on voyait que c'était du vite fait. Le 5e jour de retour à 18h15 le ménage n'était toujours pas fais. Nous sommes descendus cette fois nous plaindre à la réception que ceci était inacceptable pour la 3e fois et nous avons été pris de haut par le personnel qui a nous a indiqué que le menage pouvait être fait jusque 20h. Quand nous leur avons fais remarqué l'incohérence vis à vis du discours reçu 2j plus tôt indiquant 18h et du fait que nous n'avons rien eu le premier jour on nous a indiqué que finalement ils étaient en manque de personnel mais que depuis le covid il était tout à fait normal à Vegas de faire le ménage même jusque 23h avec les clients dans la chambre. Le service de valet (obligatoire) est aussi en sous effectif car le personnel court littéralement pour aller chercher les voitures, 15 min d'attente minimum et l'application pour appeler sa voiture ne fonctionne pas il faut être là en personne.

Apres plusieurs voyages a vegas je trouve cet hotel excellente. Tres bien placé , luxueux et une vue tout simplement grandiose ( nous etions au 40 eme etage). Un petit bemol sur le menage de la chambre qui n etais pas fait tous les jours et la limpidite de la piscine mais a par cela ... le top. Je referai certainement Hotel calme

Pour un hôtel 5* je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux. Certes le hall d’accueil, la piscine sont bien mais la chambre et les équipements n’étaient pas très modernes et je regrette que l’hôtel ne proposait pas de base des chambres avec petit déjeuner. Concernant l’emplacement, il est un peu à l’écart mais reste très proche du strip et je n’ai pas eu à me plaindre du bruit excepté d’un train qui nous a réveillé les deux matins à 6h00.

Presque parfait
Nous sommes revenus après une semaine d’ecapade dans le désert dans cet hôtel en vu des commentaires sur les autres établissements et nous avons pris une suite très bien pour le prix mais malgré ça dommage que durant nos trois nuits la seul fois où on a eu la visite d’une femme de chambre c’est le jour de notre départ ? Bien que chaque jour on ai signalé à l’accueil que notre chambre n’ai pas été faite, dommage sinon le reste était parfait, belle chambre, belle vue, belle piscine chauffée, personnel très agréable et hôtel assez calme et bien situé.

Hôtel bien placé proche du strip , pas de casino ce qui le rend plus calme . Prenez la vue côté ville sur le strip ça en vaut le coup . La piscine est correct. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher 8 usd pour un pain au chocolat. La première nuit personne n’a fait le ménage dans notre chambre mais on ne sait pas pourquoi et nous n’avons eu que trois serviettes de bain pour 4 personnes, chambre un peu vieillissante .

Cet hôtel a complètement baissé au niveau des prestations ce n’est plus de loin un 5 étoiles !!! Chambre même pas faites alors que nous sommes partis tôt Manque de produits dans la salle de bain ! Une attente interminable quand vous demandez votre voiture ou quand vous appelez le room service Nous avons demandé un geste commercial pour une chambre que nous avons dû refaire tard le soir et nous avons eu une ristourne de 35$ wouhaaa génial Le directeur nous a dit être en manque de personnel? Nous avions l’habitude d’aller chez Trump et cette fois ci c’est la dernière fois

Hotel bien placé face au fashion mall. Pas de casino sur place, bien fréquenté. Superficie et équipement au top. - Personnel lobby et longue attente pour récupérer la voiture. En arrivant on m’a informé d’un surclassement de chambre mais j’ai reçu la chambre que j’avais réservée! Il a fallut le faire remarquer pour changer de chambre après 2 jours. Le responsable lobby pas professionnel. Parle mal et n’essaye pas d’arranger le client.
