Très bel hôtel, très bien situé à moins de 15min à pieds du Bellagio. La chambre est parfaite avec tous ses équipements, très pratique pour une famille avec le coin cuisine pour préparer les repas. La piscine est chauffée et couverte, le jacuzzi est très chaud, idéal après une grande journée de marche.

Super hôtel très bien situé (15min de la strip à pied) la chambre familiale avec petit balcon grande SDB (douche +baignoire) située au 17e avec vue sur la ville. SUPER !!! Sauf canapé lit pas confortable pour dormir mais ça fait l’affaire pour 3 nuits. Arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport juste devant l’hôtel

Le système de chauffage était inexistant. Impossible de réparer et aucune couverture additionnelle dans les 2 premiers jours pour palier au manque de chauffage. Nous avons obtenu un petit dédommagement pour cet inconvénient. Nous avions demandé une chambre aux étages supérieures mais impossible selon l’hotel car l’hotel était complet. Nous étions au 2e étage de l’hotel. Le lendemain et les jours suivant des nouveaux clients se présentaient à la réception pour des chambres... Nous avons loué pour 6 nuits, il me semble que nous pourrions être entendus et avoir les requêtes souhaitées. Au final, l’hotEl est bien localisé pour visiter la ville et propre.

We were told we would have to pay for room upgrade even if VIP hotel ... The flavored water container was always empty, or noglass available ... Pool too cold, spa too hot ... Our room was great and well equipped, as well as well maintained. Location is great. The sofa bed comfort was really questionable ...

Très bel hotel, très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Seul petit bémol, on nous a attribué une chambre au fond du couloir avec une vue fantastique sur le strip mais l'insonnorisation sur l'extérieur laisse à désirer avec des bruits de musique très "sonore " ( boite de nuit?) d'un établissement en contre bas.

Bien placé à 5/6 mn à pied du Strip. Parking et wifi gratuits. Accueil très agréable. La chambre est en fait un appartement avec cuisine aménagée, coin salon, très grande salle de bains avec douche et baignoire, coin nuit spacieux et literie confortable. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas compris mais il y a de quoi faire du café. Petite terrasse avec vue sur le Cesar Palace et la grande roue. Très calme . Très bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a une station essence et un 7 eleven ouvert 24/24 à proximité.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 3 nights, using Vegas as our base for day trips. With two teenage boys the two bed suite with pull out couch was perfect. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the strip which we liked. Great views of the Sphere which is within walking distance. Free parking was a plus too. Staff were amazing and very helpful and responsive. We had trouble with our TV and they had it up and running in no time.

It's a nice and quiet property off the strip. Parking is free. The room is very spacious with a kitchen. It's still a bit walk to the strip and no entertainment at the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was really great. We were in room 306 though and the water shower pressure was literally a trickle. We had maintenance come up but still not fixed. I ended up taking a bath one day bc of the shower situation.

I’m so satisfied with my stay at this hotel, at our arrival we got warm welcome by Michelle, she’s the best. Although this hotel is not on the strip but it’s close enough to walk there. King size bed room was specious and comfortable.

Really enjoyed staying at the platinum. Check in was fast and the staff were very nice. The rooms offered a lot of space and comfort. It was also really nice to stay in smoke free environment in a town where smoking indoors is common. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a nice change from the smoke and crowds of casinos on the strip and Fremont. The hotel is clean and smells great, staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to Horseshoe and the strip, the walk was easy. I wouldn’t do it alone at night as a solo female but with friends I’d feel safe. I will stay here again, I prefer to any of the other properties in Vegas I’ve stayed in!

Overall stay was very comfortable. Rooms are huge, staff is very helpful and personable, and the building is quiet, since it is a little away from the strip. Only caveat was the AC didn't cool our room below 70.

Apart from our toilet flooded, the experience was good. Enjoyed the wine they offered us in checkin. The flood was taken care, but they didn’t wipe the floor and that is a shame.

Great Place to Stay
Everything was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, etc. The only complaint I would have is that it was hard to get a taxi. However, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was very close to The Sphere and to the strip.

Looking for a lodging facility that still believes in customer service? THIS IS IT! we had a couple issues with our room. Outstanding response, and reasonable compensation offered without argument. Staff that didn’t complain. Some reviewers have complained about aging decor. If you want gaudy Vegas- get your brass fix over at the Venetian! I’ll take the Platinum subtlety, quiet, and ease of entry and exit every time. We will definitely be back!
