très bien situé
hotel très bien situé très proche du bord du lac et d'une plage de sable vraiment exceptionnelle. Il faut quand même traverser une rue faisant office de parking pour les visiteurs du bord de lac ( nous n'y avons pas nagé, mois de février oblige.) Chambre et ambiance restaurant très bien également. Déçu par contre par le restaurant. Il y en a tellement d'autres aux alentours!

I had a fantastic experience with my two cats and bf at this place! It was my first time staying here for a weekend trip, and I highly recommend it for a leisurely getaway. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, elegant, cozy, and spotless. The balcony offered an excellent view of the mountains and the lake. We ordered room service for dinner at Jimmy’s restaurant (on-site) because the restaurant was full, but the food served was hot and delicious. We checked out the restaurant and the lakeside view was terrific! Very convenient location, just a 4-minute drive from Heavenly Village. They also offered a free two-mile shuttle service!

The guest service is absolutely unmatched compared to anywhere else we have stayed before and we are frequent travelers. You are greeted with an offering of champagne and assistance with your bags and an offer to park your vehicle for you [no charge]. The room was beautiful, cozy and warm. The bathroom is absolutely where it's at though... heated floors, heated toilet seat, jetted tub, raining shower head and robes with slippers just waiting for you. We ate one dinner at Jimmy's and it was fantastic, we also had breakfast delivered to the room one morning and it was delicious. We will absolutely be back to stay. 100/10 recommend.

The staff was the best! Very helpful very willing to accommodate. But the fact that we had to be accommodated at was awful when we got there the “Spa Tub” wasn’t working we had to call the maintenance guy! A that happened 2 times over the weekend we was there for are 1 anniversary and it was a disappointment, and the spa tub isn’t big enough for 1 adult person and they should disclose that before selling a photo shopped picture! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

This property is exquisite. From the champagne greeting, friendly staff, to the views. We stayed in a lakefront room and were not disappointed. Fireplace was smaller than thought, but the property made up for it with its restaurant and room service options. Wished the restaurant had an outside firepit running as that is why we stayed there (for the view). We were told it was too cold outside, very disappointing they would not run the firepits. We were there for the Winter Reggae fest and was a little disappointed the shuttle service stopped at 10pm and we had to find other means to get back to hotel in the snow. Highly recommend and splurge for the lakefront room, you will not be disappointed. All in all 5 starts!

Our stay was great. I really liked the heated bathroom floors as well as toilet seat!! Property is in walking distance of all the things…shopping, food, skiing, casinos. It’s also right next to the lake which is a nice way to wake up.

Stayed here as a quick getaway with some girlfriends & it was the perfect little spot! Walking distance to the main tourist area with shops & dining options. The lake is right outside the resort however there is a gate that isn’t shown in the photos online. Just a FYI :) It’s open for all! Super convenient

While the property and room were okay, they were not truthful about the $60 food and beverage credit per room. When checking in, they said it could be used at any time but when we tried to use it for brunch on the day of checkout, they did not honor it. They probably use this to scam their customers.

The day prior to our stay we found out the roads were all blocked unless you have a 4 wheel drive and chains. Neither of which we had or could get at the late notice. We called and the person at the front desk said we would get a full refund but that we needed to call Expedia to start the request. We called Expedia and they called the hotel and were told that they did not accept the cancellation and we were charged the full fee. We then called the hotel and were told they changed their mind on the refund. Beware!!! They will not refund you for road conditions. Side note… my husband has brain cancer and I have Lupus so we did buy insurance. We are having to deal with that because neither of us were physically able to put on chains in bad weather conditions, even if we could get them. The process to get help from the insurance that we bought through Expedia is very difficult.
