Hotel sympathique et bien placé. La monté avec la gondole est accessible à pied. Dommage que le service de chambre est supprimé et qu’il y a plus de peignoir pour aller à la piscine.

Staff were welcoming, friendly, inviti g and professional. Everything here was so amazing from start to finish. Room is beautiful for the price, and food has been excellent. Entertainment was fabulous, and overall atmosphere was awesome. The area is absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous.

Customer service was excellent. Room was clean and view was amazing. Furniture needed some TLC. Chips and very dated. Walls needed touch up paint. This king bed room had two bathrooms which was nice.

I loved the size of the room and the two bathrooms. The room was clean, and the dining options were good. The only thing that disappointed was that the jacuzzi was closed.

This property is an absolute dump. Our room had peeling wallpaper, an unknown white stain on the sofa, rusted metal door jamb going into the bathroom which could have snagged an unsuspecting bare foot. Additionally we were charged a resort fee, but I don’t know what it was for as we never had any maid service during our stay. To call this place a “resort” would be a stretch. We won’t be back.

Great location to the Gondola without the huge price of some of the other locations. Nice staff. Spacious room with 2 BATHROOMS! We really liked the windows being angled so we could see both the lake and the mountain.

To be honest, this place is a bang for your buck. Clean rooms bed is a little hard but it’s clean and it has two bathrooms which is great when you have a teenager with you. We always come here when arson comes Snowboarding and it’s a great stay.

Great customer service at check-in, easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Great location for shopping and exploring other casinos and eateries. On a side note, the property does charge a resort fee of $29 per night and self park is an additional $20. I missed the fine print when booking. It was still a good deal but it's nice to know upfront what the actual cost of a night's dtay will be.

We stayed one night in this hotel. It's conveniently located in the Navada side of the Lake Tahoe and is easy walk to Heavenly. The room is nice, we had a King bedroom, a very comfortable big soft that can be turned into a bed as well. Good for families to stay, and it has 2 bathrooms which is very unique! The one issue I had was when we first checked in, I had issue connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, so I called the number provided to me to talk to a tech person. The tech person was nice, however during the whole conversation, he was trying to convence me to pay extra to upgrade to a faster internet connection. He was saying that the standard one is very slow, so slow that you can't use FB, you can't use Youtube, even when you try to load email, it'll take awhile...... After I insisted to stay with the standard (which was included in the resort fee I paid), he made another phone call to the front desk and issue was fixed. After being connected, the internet has no issue with FB, youtube....I even attended a meeting on Zoom without any issue. One last reminder, maybe is because of the pandemic, there's no more buffet in the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located which makes it convenient. My experience with the Friday Station Restaurant was excellent. The Chilean SeaBass was delicious. The server’s name was Matt and he added a personable flair along with an intimate knowledge of the menu which enhanced our experience.

This could easily be the best $100 hotel stay I've ever had. My room was generously sized with an incredible two separate bathrooms, and spotless upon arrival. Perhaps a little dated, it just brought me back to the heyday of South Lake Tahoe. Front desk staff was friendly and everything was walkable. I will say the added "resort fee" amount wasn't a whole lot less than the actual room rate, but they still added up to a great value. I'll be back!

Very out dated facility/rooms and expensive. Every move we wanted to make the hotel was ready to bill on it. We observed that the staff treated all guests unreasonably poorly. We only stayed 1 night. We asked for extra blanket at check in and someone banged on our door at 3:46 am with the blanket. Unbelievable!. Hotel staff need to realize the illusion of once a great hotel is gone. This place and staff was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Overpriced for such an outdated facility with unfriendly staff!! We looked around and booked the entire week elsewhere . We found most places were so so so much cheaper, very professionally friendly, properties in great locations and most of them were very modern and provided great amenities and even complimentary continental breakfast.
