Très bel hôtel plus moderne et confortable, déjeuner inclus, bien situé. Le seul ennui était la construction aux alentours.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were not only comfortable but also exquisitely designed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The building was under renovation, the halls were very dirty, we were there for 3 nights, our beds were never maid, the floors were not vaccumed, one day our room didnt get maid service at all so we had to call the front desk asking for towels and toiletries. The staff was confrontational when we gave a poor review and still did not rectify all our room issues. We will not stay here again.

The room was spacious and newly renovated. There was dust on many surfaces in the room. Starting from arrival there is limited parking space because of all the storage containers taking up all the spaces. (There are at least 10) entering the hotel the first thing you see are floor to ceiling tarps for a huge construction process in the entrance. We brought our grandchildren there for 1 night of swimming and fun and every time we went to use the pool there were no pool towels in the pool area. Twice i asked the front desk to bring towels and they only brought out about 4-6 towels while the pool was full of families as it is spring break.. The included breakfast was OK and typical of this franchise. The kids enjoyed the waffles.

This hotel was good for a one night stay before we flew out of YLW. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The rest of our stay was very average. TV options were VERY limited with no Netflix, no good channels and no ability to mirror or Chromecast (even though the channel guide and remote made it seem like these were available. The free breakfast was better than some, though I would hesitate to call it good. I really don’t understand why places like this can’t spend a few cents more to provide decent coffee. The coffee served in-room and with the breakfast was not worth drinking.

We enjoyed Comfort Suites. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. They genuinely asked how our rooms were. They had no problem upgrading our room to a larger suite. Although, #425 was very noisy because of the roof ventalation fan, overall well lit clean suite for a good price. My kids were excited about the waterslide. They said it was the best yet! Contennental Breakfast was good, they ran out of orange juice, and 10 minutes later it was filled 👌. I would stay there again.

In the middle of renovations so at times a bit noisy, hallways a bit dirty. Found screws on the floor of the public bathroom. The staff was mostly good but one was quite rude when told that the coffee in the lobby needed to be replenished.

Super nice room, comfortable bed, but it was a bit noisy and from kids running and shouting in hallways and in the room next to us. However, the staff did say they could move us. Staff were helpful and friendly, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Expedias website falsely advertises the jetted tub in the king room which we have booked previously. We found out upon check in that the jetted tubs are no longer in the room. We paid the extra $60 a night JUST for the tub because we were taking two days off to relax and unwind. Also we were disappointed that renovations were being done in the room above us. The staff are the saving grace of this hotel as everyone we spoke to was absolutely understanding, kind and professional. Expedia should compensate us for falsely advertising a room that did not exist any longer.

This was a terrible experience. This is the second time I was here. There was drywall dust in my room, like last time. A completely renovated room and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There were dirty towels left under the sink. And they said construction wouldn’t start till 9. It began at 8 am on my floor. When I spoke to the front desk he said he made a mistake the night before with the time. I said the is is the second time I’ve stayed for medical appts and the heater was so loud I had to shut it off. Others in the breakfast room were just as upset and said they had no sleep either. When I asked what they could do to fix this they said nothing.
