Good hôtel but services Very expansive. 60 dollars per day for the parking this is more expensive than for any international airport.

The area around the hotel was very noisy. There are many unhoused individuals. The night we spent there was filled with lots of police activity and ambulances.

Great staff… this is a convention hotel and SF was packed… usually a 200 a night… but now 600…. But I needed a place next to UCSF. At 2/300 range it’s the right price… the staff at every turn was great… which only made me cringe at 600, a little

The cost of the buffet was an expensive surprise. Paid 100 for two people, and food was not the best. Would recommend lowering prizes or making the prize more visible for guests to see. Stay away from the buffet, do not recommend.

We (2 couples, 2 rooms) went to go to the much advertised Cityscape lounge. We even called days before to make sure no reservations were required. Upon checking in, we were informed that a private party had reserved Cityscape and we would not be allowed to even visit the floor. The desk personnel were unaware of why the Cityscape is so special. This is a black mark on SF Hilton and Hilton country wide. I will not be back to any of these hotels again. I have been to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the SF Hilton in the past but never been so disappointed. It wasn't just the Cityscape incident but the rooms had no bar soap, lights that didn't work, no table service at the bar, drinks that put into question the mixes or mixers. The best treatment was from the bell desk and the garage attendants. This is a sad commentary on what are wonderful properties.

The neighbourhood is terrible. The staff in the hotel just treats you as cash money they are holding in their hand they think you don’t have a brain and they try to scam you. Be careful if you stay here. Only upgraded rooms are good the windows don’t open though. The pool area is not big and not good. Breakfast is 50$ plus there isn’t much to eat and the staff is rude. If you stay here go to the bar at 46 th floor it’s great. Also in this location after 6 pm there is a big danger in the streets try not to walk take Uber which will cost you around 10-30$ depends on which area you go. They take 100$ deposit and also 25$ charge fee per night and give it back to you to use in the restaurant, bar or the shopping area simply they force you to buy stuff from them since it’s so expensive they know that no one will buy it so that’s why they do this. There is a gift store but if you buy something you can’t use your credit towards it be careful. If you don’t have a car transportation is hard especially at night time because it’s a dangerous neighbourhood please be aware of all of this. In general I liked my stay. 2 days upgraded room 43th floor tower 1 and 200 dollars deposit along with 50 dollars credit fee. ( If you have 50$ breakfast be careful in my stay the milk was spoiled. I had to call over the manager she was nice but I had to argue with the staff because they didn’t want to call her such a horrible experience.

The room we stayed in had a nice view of the city and overall was nice, just could’ve been cleaned better. Dust and dirt was caked up along the windowsill like it hadn’t been wiped in years. Headboards on the beds look like they haven’t been changed in years and can see yellow grease stains. Bathroom mirror had water spots. The hotel overall seems a bit outdated for what it is and the prices. Staff/customer service was okay, the lady who checked us in was very nice. Although, the staff that worked at the cityscape lounge were rude. Location is ok, close to chinatown, lots of food options and bars. Some parts are full of homeless camps and a bit dirty.

This was our second time at the hilton in San Francisco. We enjoyed our time here a lot. I highly recommend to get an upgrade to one of the rooms in the towers if available, the view is amazing!

Urban Tavern was closed. Cityscape bar is beautiful: pricey drinks but worth it for the view. The breakfast at Poached was the worst and most expensive I've ever had. Hilton charges about $75 a day on top of the quoted rate as a tourist fee and adds another $25 a day "credit" when you register that you can apply towards internet or food, but if you don't use it you lose it.
