Bel établissement face à l'océan Indien.
Excellent accueil à la réception. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle comprenant bouilloire, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, vue mer etc ... . Bar/Restaurant situé au rez-de-chaussée de l'établissement bien pratique avec Happy-hours (Consulter les affichages de l'hôtel). Petit-déjeuner buffet au 11ème étage avec vue sur l'océan indien qui ne manque de rien et est vraiment très bien. Parking "A" sécurisé à l'arrière du bâtiment pour 50 rands/24 heures (A réserver en arrivant car places limitées). Nous recommandons donc cette adresse pour loger sur DURBAN.

Hôtel face à la mer
Hotel très bien situé sur le Golden mile à Durban. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain rénovée et offrait une vue sur l'océan indien. Le personnel à la réception était souriant et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons souper au restaurant de l'hôtel et la bouffe était spectaculaire.

Situé en front de mer (longue promenade de 5 km), environnement calme et sécurisé. Chambres qui commencent à dater mais confortables. Personnel efficace, petit déjeuner très copieux. Complexe touristique avec restaurants à 200 mètres (restaurant bien noté dans l'hôtel mais non testé). Parking privé. Bonne adresse.

Hôtel sur le front de mer plutôt correct
Je suis resté 2 nuits pour affaires. L'hôtel offre le minimum de service, c'est un appart-hôtel qui propose des chambres spacieuses, propres mais rien en plus. Pas d'eau dans la chambre, un frigo qui fait un bruit d'enfer et qui est vide ! Sinon, les fenêtres s'ouvrent ce qui est plutôt rare et agréable mais pas de balcon

Belaire suites highly recommended, nice tidy rooms, comfortable beds and amazing view to the beach. Location excellent, close to the beach and to the Casino Suncoast. Service very good and the price very reasonable. Buffet breakfast very good. In general, a very good hotel, I would definitively consider coming back.

Nous ne sommes descendus dans le Belaire que pour une nuitée mais quel bonheur!!! Les chambres sont magnifiques et le petit déjeuner, mes aïeux, rien que pour le petit déjeuner, la visite du Belaire vaut le détour!!!

Excellent hotel 9n Durban North Beach
The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the beach and near other amenities. Security is good and everything is top notch. The elevators are a bit smallish and the private parking is at additional cost and not covered but is secure. Overall an excellent hotel in every way and included breakfast is amazing! Great pool area as well. Highly recommend and we will likely stay there again.

Really good option near the beach
This is a really nice place, especially at the price point. The rooms are comfortable, though they could use a bit of updating. The breakfast is outstanding, and you get greats views from the 11th floor while eating. The staff are excellent…very attentive. The location is very convenient to the promenade and beaches. All in all a great option.

Service staff were very good and rooms were cleaned daily. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great shower and lovely views. Very convenient for the beach. It can get noisy outside the hotel at night which is disturbing. Overall a nice stay.
