Très bel hôtel, superbe piscine! Petit déjeuner bien mais toujours la même chose, pour les personnes qui restent 15 jours comme nous, c’est décevant à la longue.... Les jus de fruit ont le goût synthétique ( tang pour ceux qui connaissent!!) ainsi que les confitures....

La piscine sur le toit et la proximité de tout en ville mais le personnel le inadmissible pour un mercure je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux tache sur le fauteuil le dehors ménage pas fais sur mes 3j passée là bas et cerise sur le gâteaux à 14h mes deux chambres réserver n’était toujours pas prête à l’heure prévue pour le Check-in aucun geste de l’établissement a part nous proposer des chambre moin bien que la réservation

Un établissement que je vous recommande
Une erreur a été commise lors de la réservation. À savoir, deux chambres m'avaient été réservées et payées à 50%. L'intervention de la responsable a permis de régler ce différent le lendemain de notre arrivée. Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel de cet établissement. À noter l'emplacement de cet hôtel, en ville et en bordure de mer. Attention cependant car la mer est très souvent agitée et la baignade en mer à cet endroit déconseillée. La piscine de l'hôtel est elle particulièrement agréable.

Hôtel posé en bord de plage
J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour bénéficier de la proximité immédiate de la plage de Kuta et de son club de surf. Je souhaitais aussi profiter de l'animation et des infrastructures festives et ludiques du quartier de Kuta Hard Rock Cafe, Sky Garden, Bounty et centres commerciaux Beachwalk et Zentro.

Hôtel mercure standard
Hôtel mercure standard, personnel professionnel et fiable, hôtel très bien situé, cependant pourrait mieux faire car chambres petites, assez vieilles, pression d'eau sous la douche moyenne. En fait pour le prix c'est limite, à part l'emplacement et la plage qui sauvent cet hôtel, je n'ai pas vu beaucoup de positif car il y a beaucoup d'alternatives dans le secteur.

Hotel bruyant et decevant.
Loin de la plage, hotel bruyant, surtout la nuit. L'environnement n'est pas trés plaisant et la circulation juste devant l'hotel est trés importante.

Juste un petit bémol concernant l'utilisation de la carte bleu : impossible de régler les factures avec Mastercarte ??? Un peu stressant alors que pas de soucis au distributeur ATM

Surf à Bail
L'hôtel est très bien situé car au milieu de chaque côté de la ville et juste devant la plage. Il faut toutefois garder en tête que Kuta est très animé et n'est pas l'endroit conseillé pour juste du repos et la plage pas facile pour simplement nager. Mon séjour étant axé surf, c'était juste parfait.

Mercure KUTA - je recommande
Hotel très bien situé, au centre de tout ! Magnifique piscine à débordement sur la mer, partie commune nickel, petit déjeuner très complet et riche. Acceuil également bien. Bref que des points positifs sauf une chose : l'hôtel en lui même vaut ses 4 étoiles, mais les chambres sont très moyennes et ont besoin d'un rafraichissement ! Je recommande quand même.

Emplacement de choix à Kuta ! Très bon accueil, très chaleureux et souriant.Cocktail de bienvenue enregistrement et mis à disposition rapide de la chambre. Chambre nickelle. Mention spéciale à la piscine sur le toit qui permet d'admirer les couchers de soleil sur l'océan. Attention aux chambres du coté du parking du Hard Rock Hotel : très bruyante à cause de la musique tard le soir (concerts jusqu'à 2h du matin), du passage (cars, mini-bus, voitures...) et du bruit provenant du temple le matin (prières avec mégaphone) Je recommande fortement cet hôtel situé parfaitement à Kuta (shopping, restos, plage...) Pas trop de familles avec enfants, il est idéal pour un couple (pas d'ambiance club avec ses animateurs et les animations kitch...)

Nice location for people who want to access the beach and interact with locals. Food and Room Services: They deliver the food on time, very respectful, a little pricey compared to previous hotels I’ve stayed. But overall amazing service with no negatives. Cleaning: The highlight of my stay is the daily cleaning and change of sheets, toiletries supplied on a daily basis, and guest services attendants being very respectful and meticulous. 10/10. Front Desk: A little negative for the front desk staff; they are overly inquisitive and don’t inform you when food or an item arrives for you—they leave it there until you call to check. Also, they sometimes point at you, whisper to each other, and laugh which is quite rude, a bit too loud for my liking when communicating with patrons. I have to point out that I only saw this behavior with specific staff and made it a point to know their names but wouldn’t put it here. There was only one lady who was very professional; she has braces on her teeth. Overall, an amazing hotel. I would book again for my next travel but hope the hotel management can speak to the ladies at the front desk.

So i really liked this place. Beatiful spot and view from the roof. Food was okay. Very nice ppl. BUT clean your windows so you can look out on the ocean view and dry your floors after cleaning, so the guest doesn't have to. And put on the bill what you pay for to be professional. Great location, the rooms are well maintained and confortable, the view from the balcony is amazing.. plus the staff is super friendly they will make everything to make you enjoy your stay, i wasn't expecting that from a big hotel. Breakfast buffet has lot of option and was delicious.. found my new hotel for my stays in kuta.

The hotel was in a strategic location with an easy access to convenient stores, pizza hunt, star bucks, restaurants, ATM’s and, the popular landmarks and tourist attractions were in a walkable distance. Since it was a holiday season, the hotel was packed with people so I could hear loud noises in my room. My concern here was every single night during our stay in this hotel, I heard the sounds of bed frame that was moved or arranged by the guest right above our room. Overall, I was impressed by the foods and friendliness of the staffs and trainees within the hotel. 10/10 I will most like stay here on my visit

Great staff location and views
Great hotel in a great location with a nice view from the pool area. I saw reviews about water in the room and shower wasn’t up to date but you can’t beat the location so an older shower is fine with me. Would 100% come back. Staff was also amazing.
